My instrument was very nice and I appreciate the young lady so much the cost of the replacement was not necessary and should be included with the lifetime warranty of the screen so paying an extra eight dollars is unacceptable on my part. Shame on you Best Buy.

I had no experience installing the Precinct Mobile Shield or the plastic grip case I bought back in September 2022. When the GS Team at my favorite BB offered to install it and guarrantee their work - I took them up on it. They were careful, showed me the steps they took, and the tools they used and the install went great! Now that I had to replace the old cheap plastic grip with a new Speck grip case, its appears the Precinct Mobile Shield is still on the job! I am glad I took the recommendation of the BB Team that recommended the Shield last year. Thanks!
