Hit or Miss

I found them to be friendly, but, not experts on either. And, the quality of the Geek Squad depends on the store location. They have heavy load; to be knowledgeable with all the products: TV, computers, radios,head phone, etc. Some I cut them some slack. Recommendation - depends on the quality of the personnel.
