Usually they are really good. Problem this time was that 2 employees told me they could help with transfer but when going to the Geek Squad desk they said no because I didn't have my google password. However, when I went to my service provider THEY did it for me.. So......I have the Geek squad service contract and I always have pretty good luck, but not this time. Sorry

Alan handled the carrier change, purchase and all the attendant phoe number transfer patiently, professionally and in as timely a manner as the other carrier allowed. Very helpful and forthcoming with tips &suggestions. His young compatriot who transferred all from Galaxy to Jitterbug internet cell was equally helpful and knowledgable. Best Buy and the Geek Squad remain my mainstay.

employees are lazy don’t want to help to change screen even you pay 8$. And sends you to geek squad where there is 1-2 people and always busy and not really friendly. After trying couple of times and finally best buy employees changed it and Got broken next day. And they never have screen protector for iPhone 15 pro max and to order it they should take off the one broken I have I don’t understand this rule if me screen gets broken if I leave this protector to request new one it will cost me way much more. So I don’t know if it’s reasonable to buy lifetime warranty screen protector it’s kind lika mafia.

I am a person who cannot put on a screen protector correctly to save my life. I don't remember my techs name but they did it perfectly and quickly. Shay maybe? Stinks I have to pay $8 Everytime but it is what it is.
