Geek Squad put the phone cover on quickly and by having them install the cover there was a guarantee if it breaks they will replace it for free!

The staff at Best Buy are usually helpful and available. I have found that there are days where there is NO ONE who is available for any type of transaction. ex: the day I went to purchase the watch, I could find no one. I finally approached a blue shirt, she said she'd send someone. She went on to help another customer and I went to find another,helpfu, blue shirt! This is the one really unpleasant example of my past shopping experiences at Best Buy. That's why I return!!

My I-phone screen was cracked by my 4 year old granddaughter, had it replaced then spoke with the geek squad at the Baldwin store who suggested a screen saver, installed free in less than 30 minutes My granddaughter has thrown my phone 4x since no cracks. Thank goodness

I went ahead and let Best Buy install my glass protector - as the last one that I did myself didn't hold up. Associate told me that they would replace this one if anything ever happened to it - so why not?
