    The Geek Squad person was very nice. Did a good job but I felt the price was too much.

    Initially purchased a glass shield for cell phone snd when submitting for warranty replacement, advised by company to take to BB to replace unknowing fee for replacing shield. Reps have always had a hard time replacing and often going to obtain another from store so it's just too much for charging to replace but it eventually gets done.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    They broke 2 ZAGG screens trying to install the glass shield on my cellphone. Fortunately, they did not charge me for the ones that they broke and in the end they succeeded. It did result in me having to wait 10 minutes, but that's a not a big deal in the end.

    Worked hard to get the phone transferred, but after waiting about 4 hrs, the connection dropped and I lost a lot of data. Then messages wouldn't load and I had to go back a few times Finally took it to an Apple store

    The staff member put the screen protector on with no bubbles and it was done quickly. My only complaint is that the screen protector is slightly off center and favors the right side of the screen. The zero bubbles makes the slightly off center less upsetting to me so for now I'll leave it alone.

    Got a screen protector put on perfectly. No lint or anything but the price is steep. I had a gift card so i used that for this but getting the screen protector and installation took most of $100
