I’m always pleased with the care and guidance I receive from employees at Best Buy. My questions are never considered stupid or silly and I never leave the store without feeling pleased and confident when the employees help me! Love their determination to to help me totally understand and leave happy!

This was an excellent customer service . It took me less than 10 mins to get it done and my phone protector was back to function.

While purchasing an iPhone screen cover, I asked Geek Squad to let me use their area for a work surface, to attach it. A GS representative told me that they would do it for a modest charge and that, by doing so, it is guaranteed to adhere or they will replace it. Having encountered detachment issues, I was sold! The screen cover has been attached now for over a year and adheres perfectly.

People where very receptive to my needs, attended to me promptly it was an amazing experience all the way to leaving the store, I even got assistance to my car wonderul

I think I covered this in the product review, but... Service was excellent. A couple of store personnel went out of their way to help me find the correct screen protector for my iphone, then set me up with a GS installer, who took my phone in promptly, then took the time needed to "do it right." My quotes. :-) Thank you Best buy!

Highly recommend this service. It is such a good deal if you are prone to chipping or cracking your screen a lot. The customer service associates are always so helpful when i need a new screen protector put on.
