The employee was very thorough. She made sure she understood the issue and what I wanted to do.she was very knowledgeable on the product and details of my phone.

They replaced my screen protector very quickly. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately brought my other phone in for a new screen protector.

The protective Zagg shield was damaged and was not staying on my Samsung Ultra 23+cell phone. Without any problems, the shield is under warranty and a new shield was in stock for my phone. The person from the Geek Squad had it installed in minutes when I would have been struggling with placing it correctly on my cell phone. I am very pleased with the service as well.

The staff was very helpful and complete the installation quickly and perfectly. This service is very much valued as I can never align the protective covering correctly and this is a new phone. I was also advised that the lifetime warranty is coded in my account, so no need to keep a receipt for this service --- makes my life easier if I have a problem in the future! And it was completed in less than 5 minutes.

The installation was perfect, however they forgot the installation booklet and the rest of the paperwork. I have not been able to register the tv and sound bar

The screen orotector installed was good quality. Seems like none if the people who have installed them have done a great job. Always has either air bubbles or starts peeling off.
