    I can see bubbles on my screen protector, I have to go back to have them reinstall it- It was a S21 Ultra screen protector ZAAG they helped with. Please review the install process to do better next time - especially for curved phones like the one listed above. Regards, DV

    The last time i went to best buy to get my screen protector installed. Had to pay $8, which changed from last time i was in earlier in the year. The one best buy geek squad guy muscled his way to me and was not professional at all. I did send a review to corporate too.

    It took about 15-20min, which seems like a decent time to perfect a shield installation; however, when I received my phone back, the tempered glass screen was NOT applied evenly when I turned on my phone ( I was able to tell immediately) and they left small chip/crack on the side of the screen.

    Geek Squad did a poor job applying my protective shield on my IPhone 11 Plus. We saw the employee go several times to the shelf where they sold the actual product & grab another & then another box because he wasn’t able to apply it correctly. After 45 minutes of waiting he finally got it right.

    The first installation was messed up within a week. Came in contact with receipt in my purse and the corner peeled up and stuck to the receipt. Pros: Geek squad stood behind the install and installed a new one. Cons: It took about 45 minutes for the 2nd one to be installed - a lot longer than I expected.
