but unfortunately the ZAGG protector for my Apple watch did not cooperate. They did get it installed correctly however the protector failed within a week and lifted. Not sure what more they could have done but in this case both mine and my wifes protectors failed. Geek squad did refund the costs.

Agents tried to help me with my phone but didnt have permissions and could not my issues wuth a new phone I bought. This is the 1st time that they were unable to help. Makes me a little leary about wanting to continue the service.

I mean I had this screen protector on not even 2 weeks and it already it cracked. I know that I can just go back to Best buy and they'll replace it. They told me that when I purchased it. But I don't really have time like that. I work every single day and it's just been a real inconvenience having a cracked screen. I see why now they warranty it 100%. If I would have known I would have just went and bought another one that maybe wasn't warrantied but it would have lasted me more than 2 weeks

I'm always enjoy buying my products from Best Buy.

My install service was not perfect I still have bumps in my screen. I don’t like the fact that if we purchase products from Best Buy we have to pay to install screen protectors. When I go to Apple or sprint I don’t have to pay for them to put my screen protectors on because I bought the product from them.

They installed it properly and guarantee proper installation.

Agents was good but I wish it was cheaper in price for the install

Before the end of my other purchase my screen was waiting for me.

Geek Squad only delivered my tv. Installed and set it up myself.

It will help protect my mobile screen, that makes me happy
