Only reason they are not getting a 1 star is because they were very friendly and professional. As for the recommended shield to purchase when Watch was purchased is another story. I continue to this day have to deal with air bubbles under the shield installed by The Geek Squad.

Agents can be very helpful, but it's always very hard to connect with one. I almost always get a message saying that they're busy or the system is down or something. Overall, I'm glad I have the service, but I wish that accessing agents was quicker.

Geek squad agent installed my iPhone shield, quickly and easily

It seemed to go in right. However like within the week it fell off. I went to go and ask our an exchange and they said no

At least it’s installed with the top of the screen at the top of my phone. This screen protector Was installed crooked. You can tell they just eyeballed it and slapped it on there. It is coming up a bit on the lower left corner because my phone case is pushing against the screen protector. Hey Geek Squad, it comes with an installation piece to get it on perfectly straight. I installed this same protector on my wife’s phone myself and it was a breeze and perfectly installed. It’s real easy to do. I spent a nice chunk of change for my iPhone 12 Pro Max just have an embarrassingly installed screen protector. I usually don’t make comments like this but this really disappoints me.

My son's screen protector was not perfectly set up, but it was ok.

Helpful quick and courteous. Can't beat that. Would have them help in the future.
