Experience with Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The service was fair though frustrating as it was busy and the technician appeared to be in over his head in what he was trying to do to the point that he messed up the placement of the shield and tried to pass off it being good and completed with numerous bubbles. When asked to place a new one, became frustrated that there wasn't anymore and had to be calmed down by me to think more clearly that he could just offer a refund that we would've and did accept.

Representative Nice, product sub-par

The corner of the screen protector is lifting and though it is covered under warranty, it is a bit of a pain to head to my local store to have it replaced.

Once you receive your replacement from the manufacturer, there should be no additional charges to have the installation service performed again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
