    I've been installing screen protectors myself for years and I know its a pain. I figured this would be an easy way to get an accurate installation, but there were still specs of dust underneath the protector both times the agent tried.

    The screen protector was installed properly but took over 25 minutes to complete. I was the only one there, the girl working was playing on her phone when I walked up so I know she wasn't busy.

    Sad my glass was put on top of fingerprints

    Although the technician was very friendly and professional, they forgot to clean the screen prior to applying the glass. There are fingerprints under the tinted glass

    DID NOT KNOW SCREEN WAS CRACKED AND THEY DID NOT TELL ME BEFORE INSTALLING, I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I CAME TO PICKUP, SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED INSTALL, RETURNED SCREEN

    Applied protective screen poorly

    Paid to have best buy install my screen protector for my Blaze watch. After waiting 45 min and asking for someone to call an employee for the screen cover installation, someone finally came over with different customers and carried a conversation with them while he grabbed my watch and installed the screen. I love best buy but this was extremely disappointing to wait so long and not even be addressed. Was totally invisible until he gave my watch back and spoke directly to me for the first time just to say "you have a two week warranty, have a nice day". I still will recommend having best buy install cover protectors because I usually don't have poorly handled business experiences very often with best buy

    The geek squad was able to quickly and easily assist me with the installation of a screen protector. It was definitely a little pricy however compared to any apple store who would have done it at no fee.

    Cell phone shield protecto lifetime warrenty

    Agent was good with installing a new protector shield. I bought a lifetime warrenty to replace the cell phone shield but Best Buy stopped making this "exact" shield model so I had to pay for a different one to be installed. What is the purpose of having a lifetime warrenty if they won't honor it? This is the second time this has happened when I have bought protectors. I wouldn't recommend paying for a lifetime warrenty.

    This was actually to install a protective screen on my Apple Watch. I was too lazy to do it myself, but in hindsight, I probably could have (and should have) done it myself to save money. And they didn't do a great job at it.

    I had agent ring up and install a screen protector took maybe five minutes got home there was fibers under protector both sides bubbling up and worst part is when i went back two days later they all made it seem like it was my fault. I had no reciept cause i normally opt for email and they didnt offer that so i said well its on go ahead throw package and receipt out my bad. Had to pay for another one with my cell carrier at least they didnt charge to put it on my phone for me and its on correctly and looks good.

    They took a long time to install and broke the rest of the ones They replaced it with in store, had to go to another to get it and then they completed it on the first try.

    The agent put the shield on my Charge 3 because the first one we had didn't have any stickyness on it so, we had to get another one. Unfortunely the second one in less than a month is coming off. Not happy.

    Geek squad tech showed up said Yale door latch was broken and had to order a part that was last Friday 07/03/2020 and have not heard from him again as of the status of part or eta to fix it.

    Surprised by additional cost of installation on a very high priced item. They want it properly installed, they should have included the price of installation on initial purchase.
