An ok service tech wasn’t friendly at all super rude like they where doing me a favor

Hit or miss on this one. This was my second protector the first one they did had piece of lint in it. Had them do it again and was charged $8 to install another one.

They tried. The person who does the installation normally was not there do someone else did it. As the day went on it bubbled up and had to return to have someone reinstall another.

Geek Squad was quick at removing glass screen protector from my phone and replacing it with a new zag protector. The only issue I have is that they left a small bubble underneath.

They did not warn me that it would not stay affixed to my device and the cost is outrageous for the product that I received. I would have expected the team to inform me of this before purchase.

It is a good idea to have someone install this with the right tools, but you may need to go back if it has bubbles. I still need to go back.

I bought a shield protector for my iPhone and it has been great. Paid for the install and have had 4 replacements. Never have a problem as they simply look up my receipt and replace the shield.

This one was the second one I got within two weeks and neither would adhere to the watch face completely….they were installed by two different tech geeks at best buy in the store…. The last one recommended I buy an off brand thru amazon as they are much better and cheaper

what a waste. the installer broke the screen and didn't know what to do next. I had to wait for the manager three separate times as the installer knew nothing and had no authority to do anything. what a pathetic waste of time.

Screen is coming off for some reason. Very weird. Hopefully it does not come all the way off.

The agent installed this protector on my new phone. After about 3 days it started coming loose, now I have bubbles under it. Will return for replacement.

First installation was put on poorly. Only good thing is that they redid it and got it right the second time. Had to wait around 40 minutes.

Had bubbles the guy spent 20 minutes removing them for them to return I paid to not have this happen

Lots of little bubbles when they first put it on and they offer to redo it if they don’t go away by the next day. All but two went away, not a big deal but I wouldn’t pay to have them do it again.

For the price of the screen protector itself, there shouldn't need to be an additional charge to put it on.

bought the install, zagg screen protector for apple watch, it keeps bubbling up. not happy, but mostly suspect it was the product. BB staff always super nice.

The guy that applied the shield had to get a second one because he wasn't getting the first one to apply. The second one was applied with bubbles in it.

Averge only because they removed my phones plastic when it was brand new smh.

Most locations have this service down, but I can tell this was a problem for the store I used. They installed so it was nice regardless, but not worth the price for the inconvenience.
