I had a screen protector put on by Geek Squad. It came with a protective piece, which the rep did not install. In fact, he lost it in the back and had to go back and search for it. My screen protector was bad. There was a HUGE bubble in the middle of my Apple Watch, and I couldn't use the product. He said it would disappear after 3 days, but a week later, and the watch wasn't usable. I don't think all of this was his fault - the product didn't have great reviews.. or maybe it was. It's hard to say.

The agent installed a screen protector and some days later a little bubble appeared in the screen, a couples of days later the bubble grew and another one appeared.

The shield is already lifting. 2wks after installed you could see a bubble on the side and then it just started traveling down the side. Will take it back into the store

Had two put on our Apple watches. One is great. The other keeps having bubbles. At least installation is guaranteed!

1st install only lasted about 15 days before it started to lift off. Returned to Best Buy to reinstall a new protection glass. still on to this date. Will keep you advised.

The guy who helped me took a very long time to install my screen. I thought it was going to be a very good quality install, but my screen protector popped off only about three days later I could just installed it myself rather than paying the money

Took forever, and still had some bubbles on the screen.

Person installing was a bit slow and had to redo it a couple of times, but eventually got it.

its great that we can have a screen cover installed. Would be nice if it were centered perfectly. Its not interfering with anything. Just looks off.

They installed the screen protector on my new device, mostly, a manager came and rushed the employee, who had been very nice and helpful, so I had to complete it myself with instructions from the employee about how long I had to wait to put the device into the case so i wouldn't damage the protector. You know thats what i was paying you to do! I really felt like, "we have your money, so now get out!"

Bought a face protector and cover for my new iPhone 10R. Installation was good, but had to wait 30+ minutes to complete a job that should have taken 10 minutes max.

The agent place the screen protector, but left bubbles and had to take it back. Long wait and some what dismissive. Next time I'll just go to another best buy.

Well... if you don’t know to set up a screen protector, I recommend geek squad do it. However, it’s almost $8 and I don’t think it’s worth it.

This keep the scratches off of the screen so you don't have to worry.

The first one they put on was not put on correctly and I had to purchase another one. They only charged me the installation one time though.

Worth the investment hopefully you never have to use it insurance for paying for everything nowadays to ensure the best value

Took three tries to install. Some bubbles underneath.

When the Best Buy tech asked me if I wanted them to install the screen protector, he did not tell me there would be a charge for that service. I was surprised to see that when protector was wrung up.

While they install the protecting screen you can see the it’s not done properly the outline of the screen protection screen a little off.

Some air bubbles under protective glass might cause some problems later
