The staff was very helpful and complete the installation quickly and perfectly. This service is very much valued as I can never align the protective covering correctly and this is a new phone. I was also advised that the lifetime warranty is coded in my account, so no need to keep a receipt for this service --- makes my life easier if I have a problem in the future! And it was completed in less than 5 minutes.

I had an OtterBox Alpha Flex screen protector installed on my Galaxy S21+. I had messed up a screen protector installation in the past, so I told myself I wasn't going to risk that again (especially not with a screen protector that costs $40). So I took it to Best Buy to get it installed. Guy who installed it was really nice and did a good job putting it on. They did ask me at the register whether it was bought from Best Buy, but I'm not sure if it has to be purchased from Best Buy to have them install it or not. I bought my screen protector from Best Buy's online store and took it for installation in person in one of their stores, and there was no issue.

The protective Zagg shield was damaged and was not staying on my Samsung Ultra 23+cell phone. Without any problems, the shield is under warranty and a new shield was in stock for my phone. The person from the Geek Squad had it installed in minutes when I would have been struggling with placing it correctly on my cell phone. I am very pleased with the service as well.

I purchased a Google Pixel 5 phone and wanted to protect it right from the start. I purchased a ZAGG - InvisibleShield Glass+ Screen Protector and an OtterBox Defender Pro phone case to put my new phone into. I had the Geek Squad install the screen protector and put my new "Sorta Sage" Google Pixel 5 phone into its case. They know what they're doing and for the price ($7.50) it was a bargain. Plus, if I ever have a problem or need a new screen protector, it won't cost me a dime. Save yourself headaches, spring for the under $10.00 Geek Squad install. You'll be glad you did. To the Geek Squad, I am giving them two thumbs up and a big "Thank You!"

I am a person who cannot put on a screen protector correctly to save my life. I don't remember my techs name but they did it perfectly and quickly. Shay maybe? Stinks I have to pay $8 Everytime but it is what it is.
