This is the 3rd time installing my lifetime warranty screen protector. Since I paid for installation the 1st time the lifetime warranty also includes installation. They are fast. Also, if the make a mistake or get dust under it, as happened with the second replacement, they simply removed it and installed another new one. Well worth the money!

Wow, from the moment I saw him, the person who installed the screen protector was a pro. Did not have to wait. .He knew my model and assured me that the protector I purchased would have a lifetime warranty, for as long as I owned the phone. Well worth the reasonable labor charge to install.

The staff at Best Buy are usually helpful and available. I have found that there are days where there is NO ONE who is available for any type of transaction. ex: the day I went to purchase the watch, I could find no one. I finally approached a blue shirt, she said she'd send someone. She went on to help another customer and I went to find another,helpfu, blue shirt! This is the one really unpleasant example of my past shopping experiences at Best Buy. That's why I return!!

Phone screen protector installed perfectly, no air bubbles or dirt, looks great. Appreciate being able to get the service so quickly without an appointment after having to replace a phone that same day, didn't want to risk damage to screen and Geek Squad was there for me in a pinch, thanks.

I had an OtterBox Alpha Flex screen protector installed on my Galaxy S21+. I had messed up a screen protector installation in the past, so I told myself I wasn't going to risk that again (especially not with a screen protector that costs $40). So I took it to Best Buy to get it installed. Guy who installed it was really nice and did a good job putting it on. They did ask me at the register whether it was bought from Best Buy, but I'm not sure if it has to be purchased from Best Buy to have them install it or not. I bought my screen protector from Best Buy's online store and took it for installation in person in one of their stores, and there was no issue.

Got this with the screen protector. They’re really quick with it almost looks like it doesn’t have a screen protector on it to be honest I had to double check by taking off the case lol.
