GEEK SQUAD INSTALL MY I WATCH SCREEN PROTECTOR

Simi Valley store miscommunicated!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Simi valley California store told me that the purchase of the install would grant me a lifetime install privileges whenever getting a new screen protector and a new phone. When I went into the Bakersfield location they were very kind to not charge me for this but they informed me that the $7.99 is charged each time. So the people in see me valley gave me wrong information.

Quick but terrible screen protector installation

However, the screen protector lasted less than 24 hours. The corners were already coming off before I even left the store. I ended up just taking it off the next day. Not sure what happened here. Thought maybe it was the screen protector itself, but it’s the one that was recommended to me. Very disappointed I wasted my money.

However, didnt day anything to me about it. (I watched her run out to the floor to get another one). She did a good job with putting the second one on, though.

The first agent did great, the second agent bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first agent worked with me and did a great job helping me to find the right shield for my phone, however, he could finish the job because he had clients eating for him, so he asked some else to finish the job. But the second agent took forever in installing it on the phone. I noticed that he was more entertained in talking to others coworkers than finish the task at hand.

Screen protector

Although I spent $30 on the product and spent another 7.99 to have it installed and was told the air bubbles will go away within 24 hours. The protector now has air bubbles all over its surface and just doesnt look good. I feel like I wasted my money paying to have it installed when it wasnt done correctly

They messed up the first one and it still isnt cor

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They ruined the first one they tried to apply to my phone, then had to search the store for 20 minutes to find another. To which is still not applied properly. The edges will not stay down and now everything and anything is stuck under it. Also I originally wanted the liquid screen protector that version stores and such applies but geek squad will not do them and pushed the ones I got.
