Geek Squad = Inept and Unhelpful
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Zagg Curved Glass screen protector for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and paid to have the Geek Squad install it for me. They installed it and I found specks of dust under the glass and that the adhesive running down the edge was noticeably visible which distorted the view. They said that the adhesive is not clear and that couldn't be fixed. They offered to redo it with a new protector (their cost). The second one was worse (more dust under the glass) than the first one. The third time was just as bad. I then asked for my money back on the install fee and a replacement for the brand new one I just purchased at the store. Since Zagg had a kiosk at the same mall (West Covina), I took the shield over there to have them install it. Not only did they install it without any dust/lint under the class, there were no visible signs of adhesive down the edges. Clearly, the Geek Squad guys do not know what they are doing and are giving false excuses for their inability to do a proper installation. I will never trust the Geek Squad to do anything ever again!!! Poor skills and poor attitude!!!

Wasted time and money.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid $7.99 for install and was told to wait by the Geeksquad waiting area.i did. 20 minutes later, still no help so I had to abandon it to go to work. I basically donated money. I ended up doing it myself and getting a couple small bubbles in it. Very annoying. I’ll make an appt and do this at the store next time.

Haven't used the service

I was told that I would receive a phone call to set up an appointment. No one called me and the line is always long I just installed it myself. Maybe next time I will be able to actually use the service I paid for. I do however LOVE the geek squad I get it on all my products.

Not experienced on installation

Could have been better

Screen protector installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very well worth the price for Note 9 screen protector install ... but very disappointed that I can't get it replaced since it cracked already (like I was told when I paid for installation). They offered to provide a new screen protector ... but told me I would have to install it myself! :( Not a very happy customer currently!
