The guy that applied my screen protector seemed like he really didn’t care if it was on nice or not.

I totally regret purchasing the screen protector that ended up costing me way more than it was worth.i wasn’t told until a few visits in that each time I needed the screen replaced it was a charge. The only reason I purchased the protector in the first place was because of the “included warranty” that would include free screen protector exchanges, supposedly. After talking to several employees who seemed to all have different stories on what the actually “warranty” included, I ended having to pay a mobile shield install for it to have it replaced. After this, the next time it cracked, I threw that away rather than even try to replace it. After knowing and going through all that i did with this, I will never purchase a screen protector from Best Buy again. The Best Buy employees really need to get it together and know what they’re talking about to avoid misleading customers into making certain purchases.

The shield was installed and has air bubbles on one side of phone. Have to go back and have another one installed. Item is good overall.

Somewhat good. Takes too long for an agent to answer and service is not that good.

Fast installation but very pricey, they charge you $8 plus tax. Anyone can do it from home

We bought our cell phones here. It was so messed up we had to talk to 2 different managers to get the correct pricing and service plan. The salesperson and no clue what they were doing.

Not the best experience with our shield protectors…they have bubbles in them so they were not installed properly, but did not want to go back and go through the wait agin!

Need more associates that way they can help costumers with simple issues without appointment

Agents installed the shield. It already has bubbles in two places. Looks crappy.

I like the fact they give you the option for them to install it but sometimes they dont do a good job. Got mine done and by the next day the screen protector was lifting up from the sides. Then they kept my receipt that day I got it done and when I took it back they didnt want to give me a refund or put another one on without a receipt.

Best Buy employee was very knowledgeable and courteous, but after installing, there was an air bubble that formed. we did not see it in the store but when we got home it was noticeable, we tried to move the bubble out but it remains. Since we paid for the installation, expected it be better as I probably could have done the same quality job.

Needs redone. Peeling from corners. Otherwise, all is well.

Pointless to have, just nice people that didn’t believe my phone had issues. Just redirect you And say is there anything else? You mean besides the overall general problem you said it did not have, regardless I showed you a video of my phone messing up, No thanks for chatting it was fun.

I’ve had success with Geek Squad installing screen protectors on phones, so I wanted them to do the watch as well. After installing there were still bubbles under the protector which he reassured me would go away within 24 hours. When I came back because it was still not right they pushed the bubbles out and then popped back up again. So I had to purchase a new one online since none were in stock in my area... then waited a week for the new unit and returned to have it installed without success. The technician was clearly not trained or competent with the process. Then said the screen was defective because when he removed it and put it back on it wouldn’t stick right. Demanded a refund and filed a complaint with management. Will not use their geek squad install service for watches again!

Install was good but the screen didn't adhere to the phone; it easily came off with little effort. I purchased a protective case for my phone that allows me access without the use of an extra shield and provides total protection for my phone.

not worth the time. It took them so long that I missed an appointment when I thought it would just be easier To have them do it then me it was notFor what they were doing. Geek Squad is great and dint waste the money to have them install a screen protector.

Took forever to get someone. When we bought it Mobile told us to go to Geek Squad, when we waited in line They told us to go to mobile. We had to pitch a fit to get someone to finally do the job we paid for. Don’t offer a service if you’re going to make it a total ball ache to honor.
