    Took forever to get someone. When we bought it Mobile told us to go to Geek Squad, when we waited in line They told us to go to mobile. We had to pitch a fit to get someone to finally do the job we paid for. Don’t offer a service if you’re going to make it a total ball ache to honor.

    Install went good. Associate told me the Zagg Screen protector was covered with lifetime warranty and if it needed to be replaced, the installation of the new one would also be covered (free). It started bubbling up around the edges within the week. I smoothed it out and it would bubble again and again. When I had the opportunity to return to the store and have it replaced, I was told they would not honor installing the new screen protector at no cost. I spoke to a department manager and again they would not honor. I left without exchanging the screen protector, I don't like dealing with dishonest people and businesses.

    Started to peel off in 20 days.

    Had them install a Zag shield on my new S10. Started to peel off top left corner on day 20. I have h as d this shield on 4 other phones and never had anything lingere this happen. I need to revisit my store to have it corrected.

Luckily, these screen protectors are covered under a limited lifetime warranty.     Dropped my phones off and walked around the store. Went back to the front to see if my phones were ready two people looked at me then walked away. When someone finally acknowledged me and asked if I was still waiting on my phones they went to get them and couldn’t find them. Asked two other people and they couldn’t find them. Called someone and finally found them sitting on a counter in the middle of the store where anybody could have walked by and taken them. I have never paid for this service before though I get screen protectors there for every phone plus the life time warranty. I will never pay for this service again.

    The Zagg screen did not stay on The Geek Squad was busy and in a hurry - actually I didn't realize it was someone from the Geek Squad. I thought it was a sales person. You may have been short-staffed and I would try the Geek Squad again -

    Started to bubble after 3 months

    Has the screen protector installed when I got my new iPhone and had a large bubble form about 3 months after installation. Ended up peeling on the whole left side of the phone by month 4 so I just removed it at that point. Worked well for what it was prior to that point.

    Good job on screen protector installation but was extremely rude!! They need to be trained better to actually be nice to there customers make this right corporate will be notified

    We went into the Best Buy store to purchase a screen protector and get it installed on my wife's phone. After waiting almost 20 minutes to be helped, the person behind the cell phone counter helped a person that had not been waiting as long. When I voices my objection she ignored me. Completely. 10 minutes later we were told it was being installed and 20 minutes after that another employee tried to install it after the first person failed. Ultimately the 2nd person said we needed another type and they were out. He ordered us one to be shipped to our house. A week later when we received it, it was for the wrong phone! I am so frustrated that I will not step foot back inside a Best Buy again. The kids employed are rude and run wild without any oversight. I am totally bummed.

    The time it took to process, wait for install and the install wasn't worth it. I know retailers are short staffed. I waited 75 minutes thankfully i had the time and wasn't in a rush.
