    first they kept bouncing me between the mobile center and the geek squad center and both were saying I have to wait and to check on the other.. 2 hours later I finally got to he geek squad rep and when he took my watch to put the screen on he didnt know what he was doing there was bubbles in my screen knowing that it wasn’t gonna get out he told me to come back if the bubbles are still there of course they are but it turned out he didn’t even center the screen so to make a long story short my screen ended up being not aligned with my watch so I had to line it up myself. It was a 50 Dollars screen with a 8 dollar service I will be going back Friday to see if I can get it changed out because the bubble On it is really aggravating especially if I payed for it to be installed right.

      Having a screen protector on your phone is essential and I would never want to be without one. Having that screen protector installed properly is just as important.     It took about 4 packets of screen protectors to install. The issue for the person installing it was poor ventilation dust particles in the room. The service should've took less then 40min. Instead he left his post, signed off work and handed it to the phone department and apologized for failed attempts. Not sure if this happens often to inventory, but i can see why I can barely find my screen protecter model

    Best Buy does a great job of putting these on your cellphone .This screen protector is ok but if you purchase it make sure you buy the warranty because it’s easy to scratch and cracks.

    i'm disappointed on the actions taken by Geeks Squad. i purchased Galaxy watch 4... and had shield installed. the geek squad agent took my watch and shield cover to the back room... i was not able to see the installation process or did i know what he was doing in the back room. i called out to multiple geek squad agent to tell the tech to come out and do the install where i can see it. i was ignored the geek squad agent finally came out after 15 min with the shield installed and my watch of coursed opened. i am very disappointed on how the geek squad handled this situation

    I actually dont even want yo give one star but it wont let me leave less! This service was HORRIBLE!! The guy installed it after i paid to have it installed. He couldnt find a squeegee he was supposed to use and non of the other employees knew where it was So he skipped that process but he said it would be fine.after waiting about 30 minutes For him to finish we left and the next morning my screen already had a crack!! I havent gone back yet to have it replaced because even tho its free replacement i just dont feel like giving Best Buy another hour or so of my time to fix what should have been done right the 1st time!! My time matters!!

      We totally understand how important it is to make sure your phone is properly protected. Sorry to hear that your screen protector may have cracked! If this was purchased at Best Buy, we would recommend looking into any manufacturer warranty that your screen protector may have.

    I had to go back because all the bubbles left in from the first install did not go away. I got a second installed. I guess either this is a poor design (over curved edges) or it wasn’t put on the second time well either. It never seemed to adhere and the edges come up.

    Installation was quick but with some faults. My screen protector is slightly raised at the bottom edge of my watch which sucks considering its hasnt even been a month since i paid them to install the screen protector

    I'm extremely unhappy that I paid Best Buy to apply my Zagg screen protector. There were 2 bubbles that I tried to live with but got to where my screen was not as responsive. I asked the store to see if they could fix it. They tried but now it's all scratched up and has debris under the glass. I was told they didn't have any more Zagg screen protectors for my phone and if I wanted to return it, I would have to take mine off and wait for the new one to come in. He told me to pay Zagg $3 and get a new one. Well it's $10, not $3. Now I'm up to $70 on a screen protector when I should have just bought it from Zagg and applied it myself. This was a complete waste of money. I thought if I paid Best Buy to apply it, they would stand behind their work. I should have saved the money. Don't pay for this service!!

    Was installed quickly... a little too quick... I did not have an appointment, but the gentleman was able to install the protector on my Apple Watch. It had 3 bubbles underneath the protector after it was installed... he said they would go away with use.. they NEVER DID... had to go back to the store with receipt, they had to “exchange” the screen protector at customer service, then had to wait in line AGAIN, and wait for another re-install... it was a huge hassle, they had trouble identifying that everything was bought and installed at the exact same Best Buy store and Geek Squad. The customer service was very rude and impatient, and seemed like he was very drugged and out of it. The re-install was perfect however.

    Very slow service & expensive

    It took over 20 minutes for the tech to install and get the watch back to me. At Verizon the sales person installs the screen in front of you for free and does it when you purchase the screen. My watch’s screen started peeling off within a week.

    I loved the sales associate who applied my screen protector...he even had to get a second one to apply bc it had bubbles. It came off after like 2 weeks and I was so disappointed but lost the protector, so didn’t think I could return it!

    Bought protector at Best Buy, good price. Geek squad installed. Air bubbles same day, came off few days later. Good product bad install. Had service before but I think the person maybe was a novice installer because was reading directions.
