Very slow service & expensive

At Verizon the sales person installs the screen in front of you for free and does it when you purchase the screen. My watch’s screen started peeling off within a week.

Great customer service

It came off after like 2 weeks and I was so disappointed but lost the protector, so didn’t think I could return it!

Geek install of phone protector.

Air bubbles same day, came off few days later. Good product bad install. Had service before but I think the person maybe was a novice installer because was reading directions.

Geek Squad wasted my money

Waited over 10 minutes to get the protector installed on my new Apple Watch only to get my watch with the shield lifted up on the corners. When I told the employee that it wasn’t installed properly he told me to “wait 24 hours to see if it will be in place”. I waited 24 hours only for the edges to lift up more. I paid money for the shield and the installment of it properly. A waste of money for a job not done correctly. Do not spend money on something that nobody wants to do properly.

Put it on yourself!

She was very nice but definitely did not know how to do it. I ended up taking it off right after we left Best Buy. I watched a YouTube video & put one on myself.

The Geek Squad Portland location

Very difficult to deal with. Not the professional and courteous manner we are used to from Geek Squad.

Employee has to establish customer service skills!

The individual that helped at the counter needs an attitude adjustment, even though he did provide a new protector seal for the watch.

Dissatisfied Customer

Solution was to order another one, which causes me to drive 110 miles round trip to have reinstalled. I did jot go back and.let item to be.returned due to poor services. This isn't the first time. This happened with my previous phone. Upper management needs to address the quality of employees they are hiring. Sorry far harsh review, but the truth ia the truth.

Disappointed in Shokz for swimming

I paid for the service but it was not well installed. then I had to wait an hour for someone else to install it. I hope that you improve on this.

I purchased the service because I was afraid I would have done a terrible job putting it on. What did I pay for if it has bubbles? Terrible job! And it's on the most expensive iwatch!

Reluctant to install

One even told me they don’t install them after I paid for the install. Will be going to Verizon in the future.

Multiple failed installations

Each time the upper corners lost adhesion within a few days to a week after installation. One time the corners were not adhered when I left the store.

Terrible experience

We should have been notified of a policy change the store manager Victor was very rude.
