    Screen protector flew off riding my motorcycle it was mounted to the handlebars. So had to spend another 50 on a new one but they do their job when they stay applied.

    I paid extra for the extended warranty with Geek Squad, I bring it in and I’m told I have send it to the company myself. This if garbage on any level, there was a time that paying extra for the geek squad meant I could bring in something and it would be fixed or replaced. This is my fourth bad review on Best Buy in the last two years about stuff you could easily make better. I love Best Buy, but you are seriously about to lose a gold elite member to Amazon. O for 4 with you guys fixing or helping me. I get it if I just bought it and it was a year ago, But IM PAYING EXTRA FOR THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION.

    Screen protector instalation

    When offered the installation, they mentioned the $7.99 dollars was good for 3 installations I tought it was good for the price, but when installed they said it was only good for a one time installation, so that was 2 complety different versions from one counter to another and I do think $7.99 is expensive for one instalation, if they would of told me is was only good for one I wouldn't of purchased it

    The screen protector began to come up 3 days after it was installed. Needless to say, I will be going back for a replacement soon.

    My experience with Geek Squad at Best Buy was disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. The technical support provided was inadequate, and I felt like my issues were not properly addressed. Overall, a subpar service that didn't live up to the reputation I expected.

    The protective screen "bubbles" but Best Buy will replace it free of charge. I'm not sure if the problem attributes to the product or the installation but Best Buy is standing behind its product

    Horrible Installation Experience

    The screen protector was not installed properly and the store did not have another one to re-install it. They didn't cop to the fact that it wasn't done properly instead handed it to me . I only realized it once outside and I could see it in the sunlight. When I went back in, the store refused to take responsibility and said that somehow by leaving the store I accepted the improper installation. The staff at Shady Grove are very rude and it is clear that they do not respect their customers or their employer. Stay away if possible.

    Extremely dissapointed. Paid for a screen protector for my apple watch and paid to have it installed. The next day the protector had disappeared from my watch face. Best Buy said there was nothing they could do for me. I just expected a little but more from customer service when you pay to have a service done and the faulty service or product led to me just being out money.

    I bought a new watch for my wife and had them put a new case on my new watch to and I got home and found out the case was not on it and she double coated hers I believe I need to stop in and have you look at it?

      Thanks for stopping in to provide your review. Having protection on a new watch is certainly important, but putting two on might be a little over-kill. It sounds like something obviously went wrong when you were at the store, and going back would be the best way to get this resolved. There is always a manager on duty at all our locations. Feel free to ask for assistance from them if necessary, as I am sure they will be able to assist with this unique concern.

    They put my shield on twice just to have it fall off. They wouldn’t refund me and told me to go threw the garbage to get my original one

    Slapped a screen protector on my phone. Mainly because I was being lazy and just wanted it done. Next time I’ll save the money and do it myself. It’s an easy process.

    Screen saver install

    I had Best Buy install my screen saver and paid them to install it. After less than 2 weeks the screen saver is coming off around the edges. When I went in to see if they would back their installation, I was told that they would not do anything on it and I would have to go to an authorized dealer to handle the warranty. It was not the screen saver problem, it was the installation. Now I have to pay another company to get me a new screen saver and pay to get it. They will install it for free, but I am still out another 10.00 in only 2 weeks of use. Bad customer service as far as I am concerned.

    The agent installed my phone shield crooked and brought it out like everything was okay. Very friendly, but didn’t seem to care about quality.

    We used this product and their installation previously. This time there were smudges under the protection screen and bubbles. The installer said that was normal - we’re going back. That isn’t normal.

    I had a hairline crack in the very upper left corner of my phone. I purchased the shield to prevent any kore damage. Do not let these people touch your phones. In the same trip I purchased the life proof case. It literally took three associates and a YouTube video for them to get my case off. Then once the case was off. The tech dropped my phone unprotected. I know have three more cracks from this. The whole process was ridiculous. Time consuming and unprofessional. I will not be waisting my time or money with geek squad or Best Buy.
