    The guys were great but the item is terrible. It has come off the watch face 2 times requiring replacement and 2 more trips to Best Buy!

    Had to comeback multiple times for install. Avoid going 1hr before closing. Will rush you out even if job is not done correctly.

    I purchased the installation for my screen protector in the store from Geek Squad and it was the worst experience I've ever handled with Best Buy. For one the employee was rude, and it took over an hour and half just do get 1 screen protector installed even remotely acceptable. I had to return the purchase of the install for my wifes phone because after 2 attempt they still did a terrible job leaving lint and hairs under the screen protector. The employee got outraged and pulled the screen protector off in front of my face and said "fine I'll give you a refund." Very immature and ill-trained employee.

    Guy left a bubble and told me that it will go away within 24 hours. I questioned him and he said I’m 100% sure it will work out. Nope. Does not. It’s still there and is annoying.

      Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! Most if not all air bubbles do go away in about 24-48 hours. If you are still seeing some issues under your screen protector and are not happy with the installation, we recommend revisiting the store and speaking with a Blue Shirt for more assistance.

    The girl at best buy installed my screen protector. I have bubbles on left edge. Was charged $8 for install. So I will be taking my phone back to get this issue resolved.

    Geek squad Installed my screen protector

    The agent installed my screen protector that I paid $44 for and $8 for them to put it on and the same day I had air bubbles going all the way down one side of my screen

    The Geek Squad was friendly enough for the 10-minute installation, but the screen protector was a poor fit and of poor quality, so within the 14 day limit for returns, I easily removed it and requested a refund at the store. The customer service lady did not want to refund the labor charge for the installation under any circumstances. I pointed out that the installation was part of the purchase and the phone should have been quality inspected to ensure before delivery. After going back and forth for half an hour, the representative finally gave me my full refund.

    She didn’t put it on correct. It had bubbles and ripped a hole on it. I told her that it shouldn’t be that way and she said “Well you have warranty on it, you can have it changed out anytime!” I was running late so I didn’t have time to get it changed again, but she should of been more into installing it correctly than chatting about her personal business to the coworker.

    None of them would put my screen saver on my phone for the $8 charge because they were not comfortable doing it......then don't ask me if I want them to do it for $8! Seems like these kids pick and choose what they want to do and what they can work on. I will never use geek squad because none of you know your job! I can install any of your products faster and better quality. Hire some pros because these video game playing kids don't know anything about anything they do!

    They placed the protective cover on my phone. When I returned home I noticed a scratch in the middle of my new screen and I waited 30 min for it to be put on

    Very Disappointed

    First I had to make an appointment to get my zagg shield installed. So finally got my appointment date and I had to go 3 times to reinstall the zagg shield they put it on of centered so they had to reorder the shield because they did not have it in stock so I had to wait another 5 days twice because they could not get it right. Very disappointed with the service I thought they were experts that’s why I wanted the geek squad to install. Never again going there.
