Bubbles under the screen protector.

Missing phone case

The phone was returned with the new glass but was told not to put the case back on for 12 to 24 hours to let the glue dry. They handed me the paperwork, phone and the box the glass came in back and I left assuming the case they removed was in the glass box. When I went to put the case back on this morning there was nothing in the box they handed me but trash left over from taking the glass out. Call the store and they denied that they did not have my phone case so I am out $40.00

Terrible product but good customer service

Expensive!

Cracked edge when the protector was not placed cor

Geek Squad did terrible job

I now have marred areas on the display that do not clean off, He also did not return my alignment tool that came with my 2-pack so my second screen protector cannot be applied without. No manager ever returned my request to contact me.

Installed the protector wrong

I was told to come back the following week to have it replaced. When I came back they still did not have my screen protector so they put a cheaper plastic one like on. Still a Zagg but it was not the glass one I always purchase. I hate the replacement one. I wish the agent would not of broke the original one I purchased.

Over 45 minutes to install!!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They charged me without my acknowledgement that there was a charge to put a film on my phone for protection. Within one week this protective film was coming off the sides and has had bubbles since I got the phone. Also took forever to put this on which is something I could have done for free at home had they told me that there was a service charge. Pay attention and question everything they charge at checkout, sneaky salespeople!!

Fell Off!

You charge You should be perfect.

Left bubble in the glass when I asked, he said he could try and get it out but no guarantee it would not work. He said that the bubble should go away in 24 hours. Well that did not happen.
