Super slow

Phone screen protector install

Kept saying he will be with me in a second. I had to wait for like forever. At the end nobody showed up. I had to leave without installing the screen protector. Just wasted my time for nothing. Yet i am a geek member. Paid my full subscription. I was just angry.

Geek Squad Fail

When I got to my car, I noticed the shield was not lined up correctly and overlapping one end. I brought it back in the store and they put another shield on the watch and a week later. I have air bubbles. $29.99 wasted on the geek squad fail to put on properly.

Wait time

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told by the cell phone department to go to the geek squad to have them put it on for me. When I went over there was no line nor were there any appointments on the board. I stood there for about ten minutes before someone went to the back room and had to wait another 10-15 minutes before anyone showed up. Then to put on the guard was another 15 minutes. Won’t use them again nor recommend anyone to use them.

Never buying Zag, Never buying at this location
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They never told me that I need my old screen protector to use the warranty. I spend around $55 for a protector that last no more than 2 months. Worst purchase I've ever made. Called Zagg, no help either

Screen protector

Put it on and the island part was way off. I said something to him and he proceeded to get irate and told me to just deal with it and that’s just how it looks.

Phone glass protector

Poor installation

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The protective glass started pealing off my phone the very next day, It appears that employee that I paid to install it didn’t do a proper installation. Maybe not cleaning the phone correctly before trying to get the protective glass to adhere to the phone. Ether way cost me the price of the product and install ending up with my phone being in the same condition for coming to the store.

Please work with leadership at the store who performed the install so they can explore possible options.

Sturdy but bubbles surface

Posted .Having a screen protector installed in an excellent way to keep your phone secure. We totally understand how bubbles in the screen can take away from that excellent feeling! If you purchased the screen protector from us and had us install it, we may be able to assist with this if you stop by your local Best Buy! zAGG shield I purchases cracked and fell apart.

S she said I should have known to bring in cracked broken screen Did not see this written anywhere and cannot find this after numerous inquiries. I think this is wrong. I bought apple care plan but this does not cover this.

Bad Service

We got a reminder call and email the day before. No one showed up the next day. When we called they said there was no record of an appointment! We can’t call Geek Squad locally and only call through an 800 number with long wait times.

Upside down install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to go back because the first time the tech put it on, he did it upside down (to make matters worse, he had a trainee he was showing how to do it!) didn’t notice until I tried to make a phone call and couldn’t hear anything because glass was covering the speaker. Second guy who fixed it was great, first guy not so much.

Poor

About an hour after installation I plugged in my phone charger. The phone displayed "moisture in the charge port, unplug charger immediately". Had to wait and let it dry out. About 2 hours later the shield came off the screen.
