They took almost an hour to install it while there were no customers or anything. It was slow.

Geek Squad kept fixing my watch until there were no bubbles but I am a bit upset the bubbles came back.

Someone was coming to help me install the phone screen protector. Kept saying he will be with me in a second. I had to wait for like forever. At the end nobody showed up. I had to leave without installing the screen protector. Just wasted my time for nothing. Yet i am a geek member. Paid my full subscription. I was just angry.

Glass is already separating.......................

Purchased a protective shirld for my apple watch and had a member of the geek squad put it on the watch. When I got to my car, I noticed the shield was not lined up correctly and overlapping one end. I brought it back in the store and they put another shield on the watch and a week later. I have air bubbles. $29.99 wasted on the geek squad fail to put on properly.

I was told by the cell phone department to go to the geek squad to have them put it on for me. When I went over there was no line nor were there any appointments on the board. I stood there for about ten minutes before someone went to the back room and had to wait another 10-15 minutes before anyone showed up. Then to put on the guard was another 15 minutes. Won’t use them again nor recommend anyone to use them.

My fingerprint security doesnt work all the time with the shield

They never told me that I need my old screen protector to use the warranty. I spend around $55 for a protector that last no more than 2 months. Worst purchase I've ever made. Called Zagg, no help either

Had an employee put on a screen protector, he was terribly rude. Put it on and the island part was way off. I said something to him and he proceeded to get irate and told me to just deal with it and that’s just how it looks.

They broke the first one tried to return my phone with a broken $65 screen protector already coming off when they brought it out. Replaced and the new one came off before i could leave store

The person who installed was very unprofessional.Basically he doest know how install it properly and instead of admitting his mistake he started argue with me.Even his supervisor was also supporting him.Such horrible customer service I ever experienced.

The protective glass started pealing off my phone the very next day, It appears that employee that I paid to install it didn’t do a proper installation. Maybe not cleaning the phone correctly before trying to get the protective glass to adhere to the phone. Ether way cost me the price of the product and install ending up with my phone being in the same condition for coming to the store.

Had the Geek Squad install. Had them to reinstall. Bubbles have appeared in the shield. Disappointed in longevity.

The agent charged me 35.00 to replace I phone XR shield screen . S she said I should have known to bring in cracked broken screen Did not see this written anywhere and cannot find this after numerous inquiries. I think this is wrong. I bought apple care plan but this does not cover this.

My phone fell once and the screen cracked there was also sticky residue after bad install

U guys scrud me bye braking my phone well it was being repaired and not fixing it thanx alot geek squad never will purchase anything again from best buy thanks alot. Best buy

We had to reschedule installation because the mounting bracket had to be screwed into studs. We got a reminder call and email the day before. No one showed up the next day. When we called they said there was no record of an appointment! We can’t call Geek Squad locally and only call through an 800 number with long wait times.

Had to go back because the first time the tech put it on, he did it upside down (to make matters worse, he had a trainee he was showing how to do it!) didn’t notice until I tried to make a phone call and couldn’t hear anything because glass was covering the speaker. Second guy who fixed it was great, first guy not so much.

had to use them on a computer that was a week old and they were no help so traded the computer in for a better one

Zaag Invisible phone shield installed by Best Buy. About an hour after installation I plugged in my phone charger. The phone displayed "moisture in the charge port, unplug charger immediately". Had to wait and let it dry out. About 2 hours later the shield came off the screen.
