    Keeps cracking

    It cracked one week after I bought it. I had to go get a replacement from Best Buy. Best Buy exchanged it for with the same exact screen protector and the new cracked again two weeks after it was replaced.

    The device was installed but their was air underneath the shield, which I believe is not a good installation

    IPAD PRO shield installation

    San Carlos Geek Squad CHARGED to install the IPAD PRO screen protector which was purchased at the Mountain View store. The IPAD was a gift so it was not installed when it was purchased. Knowing this... the shield should have been purchased at the Apple Store where it would have been installed at no charge... :(

    Since the shield was purchased from Best Buy I feel we should not have been charged to put the shield on. This should have been included in the purchase of the product. I can understand the charge if the shield was NOT purchased from Best Buy, however it was. Therefore, this should have been installed for free.

    Iphone SE screen protector

    Went by Sunday to have screen protector installed and the worker said it will take a while for the corners to stay down and told me to keep applying pressure to it. The corner left a bubble for a day so I took it back and they replaced it and this time both bottom corners would not stick and they had no more screen protectors to fix it.

    I wish before they installed me that they would of informed me that many people have trouble using the Apple Watch with the protector . When I went back a day later to complain I was then told “yeah you can either deal with your screen not working , or just take it off” I was very upset with the lack of information given and that they weren’t compassionate.

    I do not believe Geek Squad installed my shield co

    My shield began to come off in less than 30 days after it was installed. I had been very careful with my watch only wearing it to work and other social engagements. I only work 1 day a week and since I am a senior citizen I have very few social engagements. I feel that the Geek Squad employee did not know what he was doing and improperly installed my shield.

    Screen bubbled

    I paid them to install my Zagg screen protector but it bubbled right away... The tech said that the bubble would go away in a day or two, but it didn’t... I returned it and went with an invisible wipe on screen protector instead. It’s probably not the tech’s fault, but there are better options for phone protection out there.

    Wouldn't fix poor installation of shield

    They installed my Zagg shield on my apple watch. Unfortunately, the shield started coming off within a week. When I took it back to Best Buy, the Geek Squad told me they didn't warrant their service and that I needed to go back to the manufacturer.

    Should have saved myself the install money

    agent took forever because they were trying to hide they messed up on the 1st install. Saw them grab another protector. The 2nd time it was not placed on right either. Slowly started to come off since it wasn't lined up right in months. Should have just installed myself since now I have to get a replacement shield.

    Terrible Job installing iWatch screen protector

    I had Geek Squad put on my screen protector for my Apple watch and the work was terrible. The protector had bubbles and one of the corners was not all the way sealed. Eventually dirt got in under it and it just kept getting worse and eventually I had to remove it. Shame, Geek Squad used to take pride in their work. I will not be recommending their service.

    Installed my screen protector on my phone

    Well they did a alright job putting it on besides spaying my phone with a water bottle and getting water in my charge port . My new phone said it had moisture in the charger port and disable it . Had to wait over 3 hours to get it to dry out . Good thing it did not mess up the phone it’s working now
