POOR GEEK SQUAD INSTALL!!

The clerk that installed the screen protector left a bubble under the screen protector. I would have done a better job installing. As this was the last one store had in stock, I'm stuck with the bubble!

Already bubbling in three spots

Just put on yesterday and there are now three bubbles on the protector. I will have to return and see if Geeks can fix or if I will have to wait another week for them to order, etc. First bad review for the Geek Squad, all other times I've used them they've been great.

Disappointed

I went back to have another reinstalled and it was installed worse than the first time. Customer service and quality has gone down a lot.

Installation had air bubbles that cannot be remov.

When I choose to pay someone to do it for me I expect it to be done well and correctly, I will not recommend someone else paying to get a screen protector put on their phone by geek squad

Tried to cancel an appointment

No worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The out the glass protector on my phone, it took forever about 30-40 minutes because we were waiting for the bubbles to go away, but when I hit home and put the case I notice it’s not even even and on the side starting to go lift .. definitely taking back for a new one

Lots of dust under shield

Unprofessional attitude.

Unprofessional attitude. When I realized the dust after 30 minuets, I went back to return it because I hated the whole experience. She asked for the reason, and I said “I’m not satisfied with the service at all” She ended up rolling up her eyes...

All Cracked Up.

It’s hit or miss on the installation quality

The first person that tried left many dust particles under the shield. It took 3 people and like 6 shields for it to be done properly and even then it is not a nice work as like Apple will do.

Over priced

They suggested that I pay them another 7 to install a new $40 screen protector. I said no. Not worth the money when they don't know how to get it to not pop off! Geek Squad is not worth the money. Even the free services are questionable.

However, generally speaking, if the protector comes off due to reasons related to the installation then the store should be able to assist in these scenarios. Not good

I have a galaxy s10+. I brought it to their attention and they "fixed" it. As soon as I got home I looked at it and low and behold, they were back. Highly unsatisfied with this.

Could not get it right

Tried a few times too. They said many of the protectors were doing that. Ended up having to walk away without a protector and guess who got a scratch on his watch
