    2 different geek squad guys could not get a screen protector on my iPhone without it coming off. They could not get this thing on straight even though it had a plastic guide to help get it on. I ended up putting the 3rd screen protector on myself and getting my $8 back.

    i love the geek squad for most everything but i had a apple watch zagg cover i had them put on and it just was not a good job. they did refund the purchase but i did not work for my watch. i got a bling cover and that is working very well and avoiding damage to my screen

    The fact that I had to pay for someone to put the screen on, after having to buy the screen shield, was a little too extra for my pocketbook. Plus, there are bubbles all over the shield now, which means the technician either is not good at doing this or he was rushing. Poor customer service.

    Screen protector that the associate installed didn't stay on even 24 hours. Buy the resin screen protectors and they will last.

    I have been told multiple times by Bestbuy employees that the $8 fee to install a screen protector is a one time thing. I have changed my screen protector about 10 times, and was never charged until my visit yesterday at the Bestbuy in Springfield VA.

    Had screen protector and otter box put on phone that I bought from Best Buy. Paid $8 to have it installed. I know. $8 wasted when I could have done it myself. I guess I was just in such disbelief that Best Buy would charge for something like this.

    Was told buy the associate that this payment will be good towards any future installation of screen protectors but after purchasing a screen protector for my phone had to pay for another installation.The associate misinform me very disappointed.

    The service is so bad at this store the manager told me she give me the money back and she did not and I stay away from this store BestBuy I went over and over this with them and never did get money back after paying for it two times

    Not as pleased with first time using geek squad as I hoped to be. They put a screen protector on my smart watch and it was crooked and started to peel. Ended up coming off. Plan on purchasing new one but install myself.

    I had done this on multiple devices the one plus 18 the Moto edge Plus and on the Moto edge Plus they put three on and literally as soon as I put my thumbprint down on the screen it popped off. They still charging me

    The person installing it couldn't do it and said it wasn't for my phone even though it was made for it. He called them cheap. He also handled my phone box covered in water droplets.

If you payed for the initial installation of the screen protector, the installation fees to have a replacement installed should be covered. If your screen protector is manufactured by Armor Edge, the store may be able to replace it for you. If your screen protector is manufactured by Zagg, a replacement protector may be provided by the manufacturer via the options outlined, here: https://www.zagg.com/us/en_us/warranty-policies.

    I had this screen protector installed. $50 for the screen protector and $8 additional to put it on. Within 2 weeks it bubbled up. Never have I had 1 bubble up before and for the price I expected better and longer results.

    Didnt hold up! Had 2 of them installed. Both broke now my phone is cracked and hard to see. Wouldn't recommend

    This is one of the very few problems I have with buying from Best Buy. They charge you $8 to put on the expensive screen protector you've already bought. Granted, this is basically like a few pennies compared to the phone, but this should be included.
