    Take for ever and they were so rude and try to up sell you on something you don’t need

    I bought the invisible shield and payed Geek Squad $7 to put it on so there wouldn’t be bubbles in the screen. There are so many bubbles it’s ridiculous. Geek Squad Said it’s just the way the screen is. I don’t reccomend the screen or having Geek Squad putting it on.

    Waste of my 7.00.. Got a shield put on my samsung watch but it had bubbles in it and its already peeling on tue edges. It took forever to get help and forever to put on just for it to still not be right.

    Two agents trying to install a screen protector they kept messing up that a third person had to get involved overall took about 2 hours of them trying , idk why they sell this as a service if they cant or don't even know how to install

    Unfortunately geek squad did not show up - they subcontracted it out - and gave the sub the incorrect job duty - we got all the equipment but we had to pay an additional $300!!! It

    While Best Buy sells marvelous products and services, they tried to install this protector in a certain way so we’d end up buying another. They replaced it but made us look like fools for asking for what we paid for.

    The associate that installed my screen protector was distracted while chatting with her coworkers and managed to misalign the shield on my screen. Now there’s a really ugly rainbow effect where the edge of the shield interferes with my screen display.

    My screen protector that was installed by them wasn’t the greatest instal. They didn’t clean it properly and by the next day I had a few small bubbles from lint/ dirt being under the protector.

    This is my 6th one since November and last time they had none and I had to pay for a replacement brand which lasted a week and the guy messed up putting it on too and had to grab another but he wa s really nice

    I would recommend this to a friend

    With this on, I am not able to do fingerprint to open anything. After a while, I notice that bubbles would appear.

    Horrible service they bent my screen protector then told me they don’t cover sky issues with the install what did u even pay to have it done by then I don’t know

    They damaged the screen protector. Got moisture all inside my charging port and brought me my phone back with out the case took way longer than it should have, about 30 minutes.

    The screen stared peeling the next day and had air bubble they should have just told me they didnt know how to install the screen protector and i would habe taken it somewhere else

    Cell phone service providers install the shield for free. Geek squad charged me $8. This is completely ridiculous. Worst is that they didn't tell me about this charge when I ordered it from best buy.

    I phone clear cover has bubbles in it.

    We paid to have the clear cover put on our iPhone by a professional and it had bubbles in it at the store and more showed up when we got home. We could have done the job our self and saved the money.

    Bumper was not installed correctly. Had to take it to AT&T to get watch to function properly. If they do not know what they are doing they shouldn't work on them

    The job performed was terrible. Came on next day and got my money back. After visited T Mobile store and received excellent service, they installed my the screen for free and did it really professionally
