    The person that helped us was horrible, very rude and with attitude..... I have never experienced this kind of service at Best Buy and I been a long time customer

    Install was fine but this glass scree shield does not fit with the otterbox I purchased. The shield is slightly bigger and just pops off. waste of money

    Used the geek squad to install my screen protector... scratched the next day... very bummed and won’t use ir recommendation this service as now I have to get a new cover but geek squad won’t install for free

    The gentleman at the cellphone booth installed because the people at geek squad turned me away saying they were too busy to install a screen protector on my cellphone.

    The customer service representatives treated me like garbage with total disrespect and so did the Greek Squad Supervisor. Horrible service

    Didnt put screen protector on right. Too high now it puffing up off phone. I shouldnt have to pay for another one. We'll see.

    Invisible shield was not case friendly... though I was told it was. Peeled within a week and I had to spend more money to get it replaced through Zagg. Waste of money. Not pleased at all.

    The agent is supposed to be a professional put the shield on my phone and let's air bubbles he said they would go away must be some kind of miracle I haven't seen happen yet

    Screen protector bubbled up almost immetialy after they installed it for me

    The agent That installed the Zagg protective shield never remove the factory protective coating. I returned it unfairly disappointed Sorry Zagg, not your fault.

    If you buy a screen protector be sure you go back up and ask for a manager if it does not stay in after 14 days. Paid around 9.00 to have put in and it came off a week later.

    The installer did a poor job. It’s not lined up and not adhering completely. I work in a very dusty environment and this can not be an issue...

    First time I dropped the phone and the shield popped off. I waited for almost 45 minutes for the guy to put it on. I was the only one there.
