My iPhone screen protector was broken when I dropped my phone—and the phone screen was still in great shape.

I have not used Geek Squad Service yet. But I have had help with a few great in Store Customer Service Reps. Much Gratitude and Appreciation for them all. I know a few, Aram, Thomas, Matthew and a couple more I can't remember their names. Good Crew at Carmel/Westfield IN location. Highly recommend this location. Best Best Buy experience.

I purchased a Google Pixel 5 phone and wanted to protect it right from the start. I purchased a ZAGG - InvisibleShield Glass+ Screen Protector and an OtterBox Defender Pro phone case to put my new phone into. I had the Geek Squad install the screen protector and put my new "Sorta Sage" Google Pixel 5 phone into its case. They know what they're doing and for the price ($7.50) it was a bargain. Plus, if I ever have a problem or need a new screen protector, it won't cost me a dime. Save yourself headaches, spring for the under $10.00 Geek Squad install. You'll be glad you did. To the Geek Squad, I am giving them two thumbs up and a big "Thank You!"

geek squad replaced by screen protector on my s24 ultra. Quick and easy drop off phone and screen protector and only took about 5 min to replace it. came out perfect and bubble free.

Excellent customer service. I just had my phone brake. I have the best buy coverage. They replaced my phone and i received a store credit because the same phone was cheaper. The Geek squad transferred data ect..in about 25 minutes while helping others at the same time.

When we had issues with our home computer the Geek Squad was there promptly and was abl to fix the problem.
