I thought I'd have to wander all over the store looking for something my boss said to get that I wasn't even sure what I was looking for. I told the lady at the desk and she went right to it & had it installed on my iPhone for free! then she helped me find more things I wanted for myself. Terrific customer service!!

“Customer experience specialist” NICOLE was incredibly RUDE, condescending, and combative. She didn’t even attempt to provide a solution for my screen replacement, instead she had to BE RIGHT by repeating that I didn’t bring my shredded screen protector back to be replaced. installment of screen protectors was done properly and neat. loss of star for having to stand there and wait 20 minutes for someone to assist us. after another employee already paiged for someone and i still had to ask for help again after waiting.
