Left dust on screen

Don’t waste your money

If you aren't happy with your installation, we would suggest speaking to the Mobile Manager or Supervisor at your local store about what options are available.

Making sure your phone is properly protected is important to us, so I'm sorry to learn the protective glass started peeling the next day. That is far from the experience we intended. Please work with leadership at the store who performed the Mobile Shield Install so they can explore possible options.

Mobile shield installation

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We recommend waiting 48 hours after a screen protector is installed so that any condensation can dry out. It can cause bubbles under a newly installed protector, which tend to go away after that. Geek Squad Services carry a workmanship warranty, so if it still there after that time period, we'd suggest bringing it back into your local Best Buy.

Posted .Having a screen shield on a mobile device is a great peace of mind, but they are not the easiest to install. I'm glad that is a service that Best Buy offers, but hearing you are noticing bubbles after the install is never ideal. That is not necessarily uncommon in the few hours immediately following the application, but if you're still seeing this, please visit the location where you had the screen shield installed. A Blue Shirt or Geek Squad Agent, will be happy to see what options may be available to get this resolved. We certainly want your device to be protected, and it would be best if the screen shield was adhered as flawlessly as possible.
