Glass broke as soon u drop it not worth the money don't buy it .

Not good did not hold up at all very disappointing

It's dumb that best buy charges to put on a screen protector.

Had to pay for the install and it comes off. Junk!

Had issues with a virus on mac book pro sent in but they never ran the logic pro where issue was to find the error had to uninstall and reinstall operating system to fix issue. after 9 months of goiing at it with apple o n a weekkly basis and with logic pro too. Up dated from logic 10 to 11 updated computer system per apple recommendations not schools and it works finally...but it crashed with plug in in pro tolls as well had to uninstall and reinstall everything again so not a fan of technology issues. I love when things work right and stay working correctly no issues since....my arents thought i was dating someone from apple as much as I was calling in. I am glad I no longer have to call in. Honors student in audio production love the things i create. friendly staff. I think if i contue on with school I will get a different computer probablly ask apple to do it straight with me instead. I got in launch box not sure why i had to go through every trouble shooting step but I will say the issues made me know computer better for real. I been good in pc but not Mac now finally feeling comfortable in mac.

The laptop is easy to set up and use. It’s great for my college freshmen daughter.

One thing about getting something done from the geek squad you know that it’s right and you never have to go second-guess the professionalism. There’s fantastic.

On 6/14/24 Ms. Ana A. helped me and my 91 yo mother transfer data from our old iPhones ( 6 and 7) to our new iPhones. She was very patient with us as one of the new phones purchased did not have enough storage to hold the transfer. She got a new car charger as requested and wrote down new passwords and future actions need and our next appointment on a large piece of paper ..She was kind, competent and very patient and we really appreciate the respect she showed us given some heating and visual disabilities and her to E.

The manager on duty, Josh, did a great job and made sure there were no bubbles.
