Excellent screen protection. Really does a great job

This was the replacement screen to the original. Original was cracked. No problems getting it replaced.

I have not used Geek Squad Service yet. But I have had help with a few great in Store Customer Service Reps. Much Gratitude and Appreciation for them all. I know a few, Aram, Thomas, Matthew and a couple more I can't remember their names. Good Crew at Carmel/Westfield IN location. Highly recommend this location. Best Best Buy experience.

It was installed in good time, perfectly smooth, and lined up just right

The Geek Squad staff installed my new full motion mount and new 65" television. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Overall a excellent experience.

The agent installed my screen protector on my iPhone 15. There’s no bubbles and it only took a few minutes to get my phone back.

The geek squad checked on my computer really quick i was hoping to have it within 2 or 3 days. But the guy in the back said i done with my other projects and I can check on it right now give me a few minutes and I can check on it. After 40 minutes I came back to check on the progress they were done and gave me some suggestions and I was on my way with my day and pleased that my computer is working as it should.

The Squad is professional and do the job right. They helped me pick out shields and cases for our new phones, and then installed them correctly and quickly. They’ve done so many of these that the screen protectors are free of bubbles and lint…and are well aligned on the phones’ screens. When I dropped my phone and the screen cracked, they replaced it (I’m a Total Tech Support customer) free, quickly, and with a smile.

It was a good experience but they could’ve did better at like trying to get the screen protector to cover the whole screen but besides that everything else was good .

The service provided was good. The rep did the install, but some little dust particles managed to slip in. The rep wanted to make it right, but we needed to go. Nice job for to the rep for making this a good customer experience!
