My I-phone screen was cracked by my 4 year old granddaughter, had it replaced then spoke with the geek squad at the Baldwin store who suggested a screen saver, installed free in less than 30 minutes My granddaughter has thrown my phone 4x since no cracks. Thank goodness

I always read reviews about whatever I buy online and in doing so as I was considering buying a screen protector for my cell phone one of the reviews mentioned that he had let the Geek Squad install his screen protector. He pointed out that if the Geek got the protector wrong that he got another one but if you mess up you have to buy another one ($50). I thought that made perfect sense so I had mine installed and was very well pleased. It was put on perfectly. The Geek took care to clean both my screen and the protector and was sure to remove any lint or dust particles and carefully placed the screen protector in place and told me if the protector got broken that the next installation was free. You can't ask more for such a small price.

I thought I'd have to wander all over the store looking for something my boss said to get that I wasn't even sure what I was looking for. I told the lady at the desk and she went right to it & had it installed on my iPhone for free! then she helped me find more things I wanted for myself. Terrific customer service!!

Service was very fast and clean finish. Staff members were very polite and friendly. I was very inclined on paying extra just to get my screen protector installed the right way by them. The screen protector recommended to buy is thick and well-shielding on my phone. Overall, 10/10 experience!

The geek squad checked on my computer really quick i was hoping to have it within 2 or 3 days. But the guy in the back said i done with my other projects and I can check on it right now give me a few minutes and I can check on it. After 40 minutes I came back to check on the progress they were done and gave me some suggestions and I was on my way with my day and pleased that my computer is working as it should.

The Squad is professional and do the job right. They helped me pick out shields and cases for our new phones, and then installed them correctly and quickly. They’ve done so many of these that the screen protectors are free of bubbles and lint…and are well aligned on the phones’ screens. When I dropped my phone and the screen cracked, they replaced it (I’m a Total Tech Support customer) free, quickly, and with a smile.

The employee was very thorough. She made sure she understood the issue and what I wanted to do.she was very knowledgeable on the product and details of my phone.

I know a few, Aram, Thomas, Matthew and a couple more I can't remember their names. Good Crew at Carmel/Westfield IN location. Highly recommend this location. Best Best Buy experience.
