They very person. And installed in a timely manner. But i don't think best buy should charge you if you are a member.

I enjoy shopping at best buy because I have always found the staff courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The salesperson is sincerely interested in helping me find the product that will meet my needs. This visit is no exception. One remaining thought is about the new process of registering at the front door. At first, I did not like it; however, this process makes getting assistance less stressful. I appreciate the process now.

I always read reviews about whatever I buy online and in doing so as I was considering buying a screen protector for my cell phone one of the reviews mentioned that he had let the Geek Squad install his screen protector. He pointed out that if the Geek got the protector wrong that he got another one but if you mess up you have to buy another one ($50). I thought that made perfect sense so I had mine installed and was very well pleased. It was put on perfectly. The Geek took care to clean both my screen and the protector and was sure to remove any lint or dust particles and carefully placed the screen protector in place and told me if the protector got broken that the next installation was free. You can't ask more for such a small price.

Made sure it was on right and wasnt in a hurry. Cleaned the screen up real good before placing it.

Had a great and easy experience at the Compton Best Buy. I made a appointment online for geek squad and I was assisted very quickly and accurately. I got my cell phone screen protector replaced that was still under warranty. They even met me know that if there were any issues to just come back.

All members of the Geek Squad were super helpful and respectful. They answered all my questions and provided me with important information about the life-time warranty for my screen protector. They also installed it pretty quickly and did not have to remove it and put it again like many places before.
