They installed a screen protector and case for my new phone. Well worth it.

While at Best Buy, I was really impressed that the Agent took my new cell phone and installed it into the new phone case. He even found a way to attach the lanyard that I had on my other cell phone to my current cell phone. He was very helpful!

Very quick and efficient. I attempted and failed to install a Zagg screen protector a couple months ago and wanted to have it done right. So I asked the staff and they had it installed in less than five minutes! The price for installation is fair too, only $7.99. Go to the Geek Squad for all your electronic needs!

I feel like you need more people taking care of the customers, is like there are a few guys in the store but you have to wait a lot to get help, and last time i bought something they told me that I could get another one for free but i went to the store and it didn't happen

Dropped my phone, cracked the screen cover (saved my screen!) and I brought my phone to Best Buy. The service employee from the Geek Squad, removed the broken cover, and replaced it within minutes. Saved me time and I feel confident if I drop it again, it will have good protection!

I always read reviews about whatever I buy online and in doing so as I was considering buying a screen protector for my cell phone one of the reviews mentioned that he had let the Geek Squad install his screen protector. He pointed out that if the Geek got the protector wrong that he got another one but if you mess up you have to buy another one ($50). I thought that made perfect sense so I had mine installed and was very well pleased. It was put on perfectly. The Geek took care to clean both my screen and the protector and was sure to remove any lint or dust particles and carefully placed the screen protector in place and told me if the protector got broken that the next installation was free. You can't ask more for such a small price.
