Put a new screen protector on my phone. Service was quick and staff was friendly.

I needed a screen protector for my cell phone and the Geek Squad installed it for me. Much easier than me trying to do it. They are so helpful & it works perfect!

I went ahead and let Best Buy install my glass protector - as the last one that I did myself didn't hold up. Associate told me that they would replace this one if anything ever happened to it - so why not?

Excellent customer service & tech was very patient.

The pros were able to get my glass shield installed and transfer my data from my old iPad to my new iPad quickly.

The screen orotector installed was good quality. Seems like none if the people who have installed them have done a great job. Always has either air bubbles or starts peeling off.

Yeah it's a good thing to have this but when they don't give you back the box so you can't get your lifetime warranty that's the biggest problem

As my family and I are frequently out in public, it was important to me to try and protect my screen privacy as much as possible. I've always used the Zagg products so it was a no brainer to go back to the tried and true solution. I was surprised to discover that Best Buy would do the installation right in the store (I normally go to the Zagg booth in the local mall). They employees were able to quickly install the shields I purchased without any do-overs. My shield is still on and not having issues with bubbling or having dead spots. I would recommend the Best Buy services based on my experience with them for this installation.

They applied a screen protector for me for $8. It’s better than me messing it up and spending an additional $50 for a new one I might mess up again. If they mess it up I get another one free. The guy who helped me was very kind and did a great job explaining how the protector had a warranty and if anything went wrong to come back in and they’d replace it free of charge.

Geek Squad are the Best! My go to team for any help!

I will always recommend having someone from the Geek Squad put on an iPhone protective cover because they do it perfectly and efficiently!! Not only did he have to put on the new cover but he also had to take off the cracked older cover which he did amazingly fast!! Our “Geek” was very friendly and helpful which made the experience even better!

Excellent customer service. I just had my phone brake. I have the best buy coverage. They replaced my phone and i received a store credit because the same phone was cheaper. The Geek squad transferred data ect..in about 25 minutes while helping others at the same time.

All members of the Geek Squad were super helpful and respectful. They answered all my questions and provided me with important information about the life-time warranty for my screen protector. They also installed it pretty quickly and did not have to remove it and put it again like many places before.

Had a great and easy experience at the Compton Best Buy. I made a appointment online for geek squad and I was assisted very quickly and accurately. I got my cell phone screen protector replaced that was still under warranty. They even met me know that if there were any issues to just come back.
