So far I am very pleased. As a new user with limited computer knowledge, I am impressed with the time they spent setting up and then explaing how my new unit works. Answered all my questions and gave me resources of how I could connect with 24-hour service if necessary.

As my family and I are frequently out in public, it was important to me to try and protect my screen privacy as much as possible. I've always used the Zagg products so it was a no brainer to go back to the tried and true solution. I was surprised to discover that Best Buy would do the installation right in the store (I normally go to the Zagg booth in the local mall). They employees were able to quickly install the shields I purchased without any do-overs. My shield is still on and not having issues with bubbling or having dead spots. I would recommend the Best Buy services based on my experience with them for this installation.

I’m just giving 3 stars because I think it was poor business to make me pay for the installation of the screen protector that I bought from Best Buy. I even have the membership and it still wasn’t offered as a perk.

The employee who helped us select and then installed the mobile shield was great! He explained what he was doing and also informed us that the shield was replaceable if it was damaged. Even better, replacement would be at no charge. Much appreciated!

I came to the store to get a screen protector for my new phone. I phoned the store to check stock. The associate said they had two types. When we got to the store the front was closed up. Drove to the pickup area and asked about the products that i was interested in buying. He asked me to wait,he returned with both products i bought the best on on his suggestion. We asked about installing and he did it right away. He explained the warranty on the install . Your associate made a likely wasted a pleasant experience. For your store to be open after the protests is great. THANKS

I'm not going to lie, I often times prefer to do things myself. Installing screen protectors seems easy enough, but I always end up having annoying bubbles which ruins the pristine experience. I love with a new phone. So I often bite the bullet and pay the geek squad to do what they always do… A perfect installation.
