Very nice person quick service explained to me how he was putting my screen on what I needed to do if it ever got broke I left with no questions and the ones I had were answered

I was very satified with how Best Buy installed a new ZAGG glass screen protector on my husband's older iPhone. Two corners had cracked so stuff had kind of gunked up on the phone screen under the cracks. Victor was able to remove the old protector and spent a long time cleaning every particle of sticky stuff from the iPhone screen. He then placed the new protector on the phone perfectly with no bubbles! I think it's worth the money to let Best Buy do the installation.

Got a screen protector for my phone with the “buy here, replace here” thing; and the installation was good. However, for the past 5-6 years I’ve only had to pay the install fee once in the beginning as part of their promotion. It has changed (which is fine; not the employees fault) but nobody seemed to know what the rules were or what to do. Cashier said I wouldn’t need to pay. Geek squad (very rudely) said I needed to pay (acted like I was trying to steal from them by getting them to put the screen on?). Go back to pay for the install and another cashier said I didn’t need to. Go back to geek squad and they insist I do need to pay. Eventually got it sorted out and paid for. But would’ve been nice to have everyone on the same page so I wouldn’t get bounced back and forth and have my own time wasted

If you’re someone that’s clumsy and don’t do good with tedious things definitely with Best Buy put your screen protector on they did a good job screen protector still on no worries and if there’s an issue with the screen protector after they put it on you get a new suit you get a new screen through the company that you purchase your screen protector from so make sure that you buy a screen protector that has a warranty and a replacement coverage

Have only used for iPhone shield install so far. Always do a really good job, very satisfied.

This screen saver seems to be overall very strong. Does not scratch.
