The team member helped put the protection sheets on the screen our 2 newly purchased cell phones.

The two gentlemen that came to install my new TV on the wall were extremely professional. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the operation of the TV. They showed me the features of the TV and I was able to tidy up the area because they explained that I no longer needed ancillary equipment for Apple TV or Amazon FireStick. The apps are built in. I am very happy with the advice I got from the store also as to what brand would best serve my needs. This is why I keep coming back.

I have bought this product for 5 years and it has worked wonders for me.

Bought a new Zagg screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and decided to have Best Buy install it for me. They were quick with the installation and found no discrepancies on my phone. I wished I remember the name of the Geek Squad worker who installed the screen protector.

The Geek Squad member who installed my screen protector did a great job. My phone had an old screen protector on it that was over a year old. that was cracked and chipped and that had been poorly installed (by someone at another company). I asked if he could put the screen protector on without having any foreign material underneath it. He said, sure, and he was true to his word. It was perfectly aligned without any spots or bits underneath it. It feels like a new phone!

I got my cell phone' s shield installed and it was pretty good.

Best Buy is great at any service I have had performed by the Geek Squad. The associates seem to know everything about every product. the installer was fast and friendly and even came back to help me with the speakers that I accidentally unhooked. Even swapped out to a different speaker that was easier to use

While at Best Buy, I was really impressed that the Agent took my new cell phone and installed it into the new phone case. He even found a way to attach the lanyard that I had on my other cell phone to my current cell phone. He was very helpful!

This was the replacement screen to the original. Original was cracked. No problems getting it replaced.

The first Geek Squad I used was unable to install my phone protector screen without bubbles so they sent me to another Best Buy to try its Geek Squad. That second technician was excellent and installed it correctly. He pointed out that the installed screen had a horizontal crease in the middle that he said is unavoidable and that should disappear in 2-3 days. He was right, the crease was gone in a day. I noticed one corner peeling up a bit after a couple of weeks but I pressed it back in place with my fingernail and it has stayed down since then so far. So one Geek Squad was excellent but the first one was not up to the job.
