Geek squad made my experience very good they took care of all my needs

The first Geek Squad I used was unable to install my phone protector screen without bubbles so they sent me to another Best Buy to try its Geek Squad. That second technician was excellent and installed it correctly. He pointed out that the installed screen had a horizontal crease in the middle that he said is unavoidable and that should disappear in 2-3 days. He was right, the crease was gone in a day. I noticed one corner peeling up a bit after a couple of weeks but I pressed it back in place with my fingernail and it has stayed down since then so far. So one Geek Squad was excellent but the first one was not up to the job.

The store manager in stillwater ok was great. Also explained to me different ways and ratings on each product. I love everything he showed me. Still works great. The store put my screen protector on perfectly!

Perfect...... They want 50 words here. The only criticism is your 50 word rule. Obviously none of you actually studied English Lit? Because the writer of writers Ernest Hemingway said less words are best. Don't forget that your target market includes Dr's and Nurses. Attorneys. Lawyers. And the strongest lobbying institution in the USA. The SENIOR CITIZENS. Ok? Please?

If you dont buy the shield your are missing out...and if you dont allow them to install you have made a mistake. I've broken my protective glass several times. just stop back to Best Buy and they replace and reinstall in no time. you dont end up with this pesky air pockets with them.

It may have taken these so-called experts to install a friggin' screen protector for my S20 a few times, but totally worth it because they have to keep trying to get it right no matter how many times they screw up applying it. It took 3 attempts to get it installed, but the reason it took soo many attempts is the straight-up difficulty that it takes to install it!! There's a set of posts to align the screen protector onto the face of your phone and that part is easy! It's removing the top portion of the screen protector from the actual glass screen protector... the engineering of this application leaves A LOT to be desired!!!
