The Geek Squad member who installed my screen protector did a great job. My phone had an old screen protector on it that was over a year old. that was cracked and chipped and that had been poorly installed (by someone at another company). I asked if he could put the screen protector on without having any foreign material underneath it. He said, sure, and he was true to his word. It was perfectly aligned without any spots or bits underneath it. It feels like a new phone!

The employee who helped us select and then installed the mobile shield was great! He explained what he was doing and also informed us that the shield was replaceable if it was damaged. Even better, replacement would be at no charge. Much appreciated!

The first Geek Squad I used was unable to install my phone protector screen without bubbles so they sent me to another Best Buy to try its Geek Squad. That second technician was excellent and installed it correctly. He pointed out that the installed screen had a horizontal crease in the middle that he said is unavoidable and that should disappear in 2-3 days. He was right, the crease was gone in a day. I noticed one corner peeling up a bit after a couple of weeks but I pressed it back in place with my fingernail and it has stayed down since then so far. So one Geek Squad was excellent but the first one was not up to the job.

Bought a new Galaxy and wanted a screen protector attached before leaving the store. The BB associate who handled activating my new phone and transferred data also put on the screen protector. He showed me the options and I picked one of the cheaper models since it fit my needs. I am completely satisfied with the time he took, tools he had to perfectly clean and then expertly attach the protector to the phone screen. No bubbles, just a perfect job!

They are extremely helpful regarding any technogical questions I may have. Their expertise is second to none, always ready to make appropriate recommendations. The Service is reasonably priced & much appreciated. I would recommend it to anyone.

I just got this installed and then somehow within the month it is cracked again. I feel it protects my screen but it is my third one in a year and if they were readily available I probably would have gone through more. The service is fair as it does not always have my product for my phone available.
