The customer service experience was good, they tried to install the first screen protector and noticed there was a minor dust particle showing and wanted me to be ok with it. Being a $50 proce product I requested for another one hoping it would be installed properly and meet expectations. They did honor to re install but it seems like the attitude changed.

Would definitely recommend the Geek Squad. The installation of the shield for my phone went perfectly, no bubbles or lint on the screen. The Geek Squad looked up my account and found the replacement was free. Thank you!

I called Apple to have my iPhone screen fixed, Apple set up an appointment at BestBuy. The experience was great, turned out the screen wasn’t cracked, it my screen protector. The Geek Squad tech cleaned my the iPhone and replaced the screen protector.

employee installed screen but included bubbles under screen in November 2022. I should had installed it because it would have saved me $$ and I could have had the same result. I just lived with the little bubbles. it's about time to get another shield

I always get in my head about putting it on wrong myself so I opted in for the install. Looks nice. Definitely protexted my phone from the concrete i've dropped it on once or twicem

Our installer was extremely patient and helpful with these two technology challenged customers! He was able to set up us with a new router and modem in very little time, and demonstrate it's features and use in ways we could easily understand and follow. He was respectful and pleasant and we did not feel rushed in any way as we asked many questions. We will definitely request him again if any other technological needs arise. 5 Stars!!!
