Came in for a phone case. Found the phone case and a screen protecter.

Exceptional service, the technician was very skilled on putting on the screen protector on my Z Flip 6 which is ridiculous hard to position the front screen and the inside flippable one

The many years I have been a part of Best Buy, I know that I can always count on the Geek Squad. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and they make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving.

Got a screen protector for my phone with the “buy here, replace here” thing; and the installation was good. However, for the past 5-6 years I’ve only had to pay the install fee once in the beginning as part of their promotion. It has changed (which is fine; not the employees fault) but nobody seemed to know what the rules were or what to do. Cashier said I wouldn’t need to pay. Geek squad (very rudely) said I needed to pay (acted like I was trying to steal from them by getting them to put the screen on?). Go back to pay for the install and another cashier said I didn’t need to. Go back to geek squad and they insist I do need to pay. Eventually got it sorted out and paid for. But would’ve been nice to have everyone on the same page so I wouldn’t get bounced back and forth and have my own time wasted

They installed a screen protector and case for my new phone. Well worth it.

The agent installed my clear screen shield correctly without bubbles for my new cell phone.

If you dont buy the shield your are missing out...and if you dont allow them to install you have made a mistake. I've broken my protective glass several times. just stop back to Best Buy and they replace and reinstall in no time. you dont end up with this pesky air pockets with them.

Our installer was extremely patient and helpful with these two technology challenged customers! He was able to set up us with a new router and modem in very little time, and demonstrate it's features and use in ways we could easily understand and follow. He was respectful and pleasant and we did not feel rushed in any way as we asked many questions. We will definitely request him again if any other technological needs arise. 5 Stars!!!

Geek Squad was very helpful. I did not have an appointment as there was not a phone number to actually reach the Rapid City store. I was quickly waited on at the store. I was told exactly how much my Zagg Screen Protector would cost and much the installation would cost. From the time I went to Geek Squad desk I was about 20 minutes from start to finish. Installation was professionally completed by a very polite and knowledgeable person,
