I was told exactly how much my Zagg Screen Protector would cost and much the installation would cost. From the time I went to Geek Squad desk I was about 20 minutes from start to finish. Young man who installed the shield on my iPad was very helpful and knowledgeable I believe his name was Jackson. He works on the floor in phones and computers. I’m not sure what his name was but he was wonderful and he had help me one other time with the computer and phone information and I was very pleased with his help. He also led me to information on getting a mouse and a connector adapter for the iPad very pleased with his help.

Dropped my phone a couple of times (oops), but this thing held up like a champ. No scratches, no cracks – my screen is still flawless. Plus, it's got this magic coating that keeps fingerprints away. No more constant wiping!

I am enjoying my 2 (12" Kicker Bass Speakers & Amp). The installation technician (Omar), is a real professional. He took pride in installing my speakers and amplifier. He made sure no wires were exposed and also took very good care of my Cadillac CTS, I say that because I do not leave my car with just anyone, so I appreciate his attention to detail, it was quite refreshing to see the finished product once installation was complete.
