Service is great phone say green replaced with ease

I love the Geek Squad service, it takes the stress out of trying to figure out how to navigate by myself. Nickie was my service tech and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and attentive and fun to hang out with while she worked on my phone.

I cannot recommend this service enough. We have had several screen protector replacements and the service is very quick and easy. This is so much better than having to send paperwork to a remote service for the replacement

Every time I need to buy something I hope that it's in the San Bernardino location, because they provide the best customer service specially Jeremy, Josh, and Ahmed, I hate going to the Rancho Cucamonga location they are rude and not professional. Everyone should go to San Bernardino if their product is there. Don't waste your time going to other locations.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with "The Geek Squad" many times. Service has always been beyond excellent. I am so glad that we purchased the tech support. On the most part I have been able to have Roman check in and out our devices. The dude is an outstanding tech. He speaks to you in a language that you can understand, not over your head. We bought a screen protector from Best Buy the invisishield screen protector for my Galaxy S9 plus screen protector what's a bit more money I decided to invest in having them also install the screen protector for me so as to have the best quality on my phone they were very helpful very friendly and when I had an issue with the first screen protector that was installed I bought it back to Best Buy to see about a replacement and they gladly replaced the screen protector and reinstalled it on my phone very satisfied with the service

I usually have Geek Squad install the screen protectors I’ve purchased at Best Buy. It’s well-worth the cost than going through the frustration in installing it myself. They also guarantee their service if you’re not pleased you can take it back. For example, if bubbles form under the screen protector the next day. Will continue to use this service and recommend to others who want a perfect installation and look.

They do this free on my screen protector every time I break it (I’m a My Best Buy Plus member). They do a good job every time. No bubbles!

So $8 is a little expensive, especially when you can consider how much easier it is to install these compared to 5 or more years ago. However, that being said I paid for the assurance and peace of mind since this was for my daughter's phone. If any defects, such as dust or air bubbles come up in the next week or two, a tech will replace the screen protector and install a new one free of charge, and it is hard to beat that. That being said, if it was for myself I wouldn't have purchased the install and lived with any potential defects.
