Young man who installed the shield on my iPad was very helpful and knowledgeable I believe his name was Jackson. He works on the floor in phones and computers. I’m not sure what his name was but he was wonderful and he had help me one other time with the computer and phone information and I was very pleased with his help. He also led me to information on getting a mouse and a connector adapter for the iPad very pleased with his help.

The agent was very efficient to install the case and protector, explained the details as he progressed.

We bought a screen protector from Best Buy the invisishield screen protector for my Galaxy S9 plus screen protector what's a bit more money I decided to invest in having them also install the screen protector for me so as to have the best quality on my phone they were very helpful very friendly and when I had an issue with the first screen protector that was installed I bought it back to Best Buy to see about a replacement and they gladly replaced the screen protector and reinstalled it on my phone very satisfied with the service

We have had the pleasure of dealing with "The Geek Squad" many times. Service has always been beyond excellent. I am so glad that we purchased the tech support. On the most part I have been able to have Roman check in and out our devices. The dude is an outstanding tech. He speaks to you in a language that you can understand, not over your head. If he is any indication of the other techs the why would you want to go go anywhere else? Thank you guys and gals of The Geek Squad!!

So $8 is a little expensive, especially when you can consider how much easier it is to install these compared to 5 or more years ago. However, that being said I paid for the assurance and peace of mind since this was for my daughter's phone. If any defects, such as dust or air bubbles come up in the next week or two, a tech will replace the screen protector and install a new one free of charge, and it is hard to beat that. That being said, if it was for myself I wouldn't have purchased the install and lived with any potential defects.

My Nespresso works great and is exactly what I was looking for.

I met two of the best guys when they came to install and set up my Sony TV at my house two months ago! The Geek Squad also installed the Zagg glass shield screen protector on my Apple watch. When the Glass protector was not sensitive to touch and the bubbles did not go away, they replaced with another one. When the second one also gave the same problem, they replaced again with the plastic screen protector which is working great. The best part was I was not asked to come back later or wait for too long in the store!

If you dont buy the shield your are missing out...and if you dont allow them to install you have made a mistake. I've broken my protective glass several times. just stop back to Best Buy and they replace and reinstall in no time. you dont end up with this pesky air pockets with them.

I ordered a case and screen protector online and picked up in the store. From the time I walked in and picked up my items and had them installed it was less than 10 mins!! As I was checking out the guy already had called for geek squad to install them and by the time I was done and started walking around to wait another lady came up and said here you go it’s all done! Everybody at this store was super friendly and extremely helpful and fast!!! This is how I plan to do all my shopping with BestBuy. Amazing! Thank you!

“Customer experience specialist” NICOLE was incredibly RUDE, condescending, and combative. She didn’t even attempt to provide a solution for my screen replacement, instead she had to BE RIGHT by repeating that I didn’t bring my shredded screen protector back to be replaced. She was incredibly ruder,
