I met two of the best guys when they came to install and set up my Sony TV at my house two months ago! The Geek Squad also installed the Zagg glass shield screen protector on my Apple watch. When the Glass protector was not sensitive to touch and the bubbles did not go away, they replaced with another one. When the second one also gave the same problem, they replaced again with the plastic screen protector which is working great. The best part was I was not asked to come back later or wait for too long in the store!

I ordered a case and screen protector online and picked up in the store. From the time I walked in and picked up my items and had them installed it was less than 10 mins!! As I was checking out the guy already had called for geek squad to install them and by the time I was done and started walking around to wait another lady came up and said here you go it’s all done! Everybody at this store was super friendly and extremely helpful and fast!!! This is how I plan to do all my shopping with BestBuy. Amazing! Thank you!

They put my watch protector on the screen and there’s a small bubble on it but they said I can always request a new one in the mail from the company if I didn’t like how it set on my watch. It doesn’t bother me much because it’s in the corner and it protects my watch so I’m not paying $400 for repair on my screen like I’ve heard others do. Just a $30 screen and side protector is fantastic! Thanks Geek squad!

When you buy an expensive screen protector, you don't want dust, bubbles, and mismatches to ruin your "first try." Leave it to the pros. This particular pro worked quickly and flawlessly, "not his first rodeo," and there was an extra benefit. If I ever have to replace the screen protector, the installation will be free. For a few dollars, getting it right was so worth it!

The Bestbuy agent was expert in installing the zagg shield, took him like 2 minutes. And just one attempt, there was no bubbles or air on my phone. I sure did not regret on buying the protective glare screen protector. No glare at night esp when someone is asleep and I'm up texting all night :)

I don't know of any other company that I've dealt with that has not only the expertise but also the sheer ease of dealing with that Geek Squad provides. We've been in twice and have been helped by the Geek Squad members in Quakertown, and they're absolutely the best.

Smartest thing you will ever do! Get a phone glass shield and take to the front. Ask them t put the shield on for you. I think it was $8 for me. Anytime you get a crack, you take it up there, and they replace it for free. Literally a Best Buy.

Todd K. did a fantastic job throughout my new phone purchase. He took the time to ensure all my data/photos/info/etc. transferred from my old phone to my new phone. He installed my Invisible Shield on my phone perfectly (I hate installing the shields on my phone because it must be done accurately to get a good seal onto the phone). I am glad Todd installed it for me and he indicated if the shield ever needed to be replaced, he (or another tech) would be able to do so.

I Love the protection of the glass shield. You can not go wrong with that purchase! Saves my phone every time!! And they even had a Bling phone case cover! Grey and white marble with gold gritter.

I love that Best Buy installs the phone screen protecters. I typically get finger prints, bubbles, etc.

I needed my new ZAGG Screen Protector installed properly and professionally. BestBuy is perfect for this and the wonderful employee who installed it did so with great care.

Tech did a great job with the install in a reasonable time. Kept at it when the first time around did not look perfect (on her own - not because of any comment I made). Looks great, works great and installed perfectly!
