The woman at the store seemed to not been there that long. She did do a good job with this install, even though she seemed uninformed on the phones when we bought them and was confusing.

When I went to get my screen protector installed, I had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately that was not the case for my mother in law. She bought a screen from elsewhere because Best Buy does not sell it in the store. she brought the screen protector in for assistance installing the screen protector. But was trated rather poorly by tye geek squad employees.

I had my screen protector installed by Geek Squad and it was a breeze, even if I had no prior appointment. One thing though that made this all so sweet was the fact that I signed up with their Total Tech Support membership. It saves me a ton of money when it comes to purchasing protection or replacement plans for all my products (20% off) and in this case my screen protector was installed for free being a Total Texh Support member.

A tech agent applied my screen protector to my new iPhone. It is worth paying the install price for the Geek Squad to install the shield. If I installed the shield and did not do it right, I must purchase another shield and try it again. When the tech agent installs it and it is incorrect, they will re-do with a new shield at no cost to me. And yes, this has happened! Better to pay the install charge than to purchase a new shield because the shield is about 4x the cost of the install charge.

All of the geek squad were great. They were very professional and took extra time to explain all options. Our only compliant was Besr Buy auto scheduling system. It was incorrect on timing of the geek squad arrivals.

This is the best thing I have ever bought from Best Buy. So cheap but so helpful! I have put off going back to get it replaced again for a while. I have a few large scratches on mine as well as the bottom part coming off with a big air bubble, but I love their service!
