Geek squad personnel, install the phone protection glass in a very short time.

Todd K. did a fantastic job throughout my new phone purchase. He took the time to ensure all my data/photos/info/etc. transferred from my old phone to my new phone. He installed my Invisible Shield on my phone perfectly (I hate installing the shields on my phone because it must be done accurately to get a good seal onto the phone). I am glad Todd installed it for me and he indicated if the shield ever needed to be replaced, he (or another tech) would be able to do so.

Protects screen i drop mine always. Plus they always put a new one no questions

The many years I have been a part of Best Buy, I know that I can always count on the Geek Squad. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and they make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving.

Young lady installed it sold it to me. Everything were absolutely perfect.

The agent was very patient and thorough. He made sure I was satisfied with the installation of screen protector and he went back to make sure it was perfect!

The Geek Squad tech did a good job installing my screen protector and it looks great. No bubbles and no misalignment so no complaints there. But the customer service was pretty underwhelming. He wasn’t friendly or sociable just kind of standoffish. What really bothered me was that he set my brand new phone directly on the countertop while working on it. A soft padded surface would have been a much better choice to avoid potential scratches. The end result was fine but the overall experience could have been much better.

Every time I need to buy something I hope that it's in the San Bernardino location, because they provide the best customer service specially Jeremy, Josh, and Ahmed, I hate going to the Rancho Cucamonga location they are rude and not professional. Everyone should go to San Bernardino if their product is there. Don't waste your time going to other locations.

Got a screen protector for my phone with the “buy here, replace here” thing; and the installation was good. However, for the past 5-6 years I’ve only had to pay the install fee once in the beginning as part of their promotion. It has changed (which is fine; not the employees fault) but nobody seemed to know what the rules were or what to do. Cashier said I wouldn’t need to pay. Geek squad (very rudely) said I needed to pay (acted like I was trying to steal from them by getting them to put the screen on?). Go back to pay for the install and another cashier said I didn’t need to. Go back to geek squad and they insist I do need to pay. Eventually got it sorted out and paid for. But would’ve been nice to have everyone on the same page so I wouldn’t get bounced back and forth and have my own time wasted

I exclusively come to best buy to buy glass screen protectors for my phones and have them installed. Now my whole family goes there. I stinks that sometimes they charge you to install it but it is a service we are getting so I understand. The glass always looks amazing compared to if I had installed it.

Super fast and easy installation and I like the fact that it's guaranteed for future incidents.

The customer service experience was good, they tried to install the first screen protector and noticed there was a minor dust particle showing and wanted me to be ok with it. Being a $50 proce product I requested for another one hoping it would be installed properly and meet expectations. They did honor to re install but it seems like the attitude changed.

When we had issues with our home computer the Geek Squad was there promptly and was abl to fix the problem.

The team helped me set up my phone, get a new number, placed my screen protector and everything else. They were very helpful!! No complaints
