Great service for the price. This was a free service because I am a Geek Squad member and have been for a few years. The Geek Squad is a service beyond your P/C. It covers a lot of products(best to check with the Geek Desk). They did a great job on my glass and screen protector that needed to be replaced.

They do it very excellent. They do take their time applying it. I do NOT like bubbles or people being lazy applying like it's nothing and there are creases on the edges. I expect perfection. I had one guy there I think his name was Scott I cannot remember but he applied it so good that I notice zero smudges or bubbles. I hope the rest of the team can apply it very well too. I still think applying your phone screen for 8 bucks is absurd. It should be lower priced.

I had to return and have a second one installed because the first one was crooked and it wasn’t staying down. I understand the company that makes the shields does not make the thicker ones (they lasted so much longer) but I am no having to pay$8 every time this thinner one chips an edge or cracks not what I signed up for when I got my phone and shield. Supposed to be fre replacement,

Good installation and excellent customer service by the team

Xfinity would not install the screen protector on my new Apple and recommended i go to Best Buy to get it done. So I went to Best Buy and found the same screen protector at a cheaper price and paid an extra $10 bucks for Geek Squad to put it on and they did a great job. Plus they said they'd kerp replacing any other screen protectors i need to replace on this phone for free for this one time fee.

I always take my phones and tablets to geek squad to install my screen protectors. The are always very professional and I know when I receive my device the product is going to be installed correctly.
