I have had trouble putting the protective film on my phone. The agent recommended a s reen protector best for my phone type and put it on corectly. Finally got a screen protector that works with no air bubbles. Very patient and helpful agent.

I purchased this lifetime installation item to go with the purchase of a Armor Edge Tempered Glass Screen cover for my iPhone 11 Max. The cover had a lifetime guarantee for it and due to deficiencies in the cover, I had to utilize this service more than I would have thought. It was quick and easy to have replacement covers installed on my iPhone. I have since switched to a Zagg cover and have not needed their services since. I

Definitely do this, if you can. Not only was it quick and well-done, but it lasted really well and held up under stress and wear and tear. Did this because of the warranty attached with it, and it was so worth it for the added security.

Great service and installation from the Geek Squad

when you don't trust your own skills. It's a great service and reasonably priced and you know you are in good hands. Mine was only for a phone screen protector but I know if I did it myself, I would have found a way to mess it up. And after spending alot on a phone, you just want it to look as nice as possible for as long as possible.

The agents came in and very upbeat and helpful. We don't wear shoes in our house and they put on footies, so they respected our house rules. They were very knowledgeable about the TV we purchased and they also spent about 1 hour going over all the functions on the remotes and all the channels . They also help us set up the color and the sound and they also cleaned up the trash and took all of the boxes from our property.

Staff was friendly and product is still perfect four months later!
