I love the Geek Squad service, it takes the stress out of trying to figure out how to navigate by myself. Nickie was my service tech and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and attentive and fun to hang out with while she worked on my phone.

Xfinity would not install the screen protector on my new Apple and recommended i go to Best Buy to get it done. So I went to Best Buy and found the same screen protector at a cheaper price and paid an extra $10 bucks for Geek Squad to put it on and they did a great job. Plus they said they'd kerp replacing any other screen protectors i need to replace on this phone for free for this one time fee.

Really pleased with the time and attention the Best Buy employee provided during the install process. Also pleased that Best Buy now offers free lifetime replacement of Zagg screen protectors - no more registering with Zagg and waiting for a replacement, I can simply stop into any Best Buy and have a new protector installed for free. A great benefit considering how many Best Buy locations there are across the country!

I don't know of any other company that I've dealt with that has not only the expertise but also the sheer ease of dealing with that Geek Squad provides. We've been in twice and have been helped by the Geek Squad members in Quakertown, and they're absolutely the best.

Dropped my phone a couple of times (oops), but this thing held up like a champ. No scratches, no cracks – my screen is still flawless. Plus, it's got this magic coating that keeps fingerprints away. No more constant wiping!

I had a screen protector installed on my phone 1 week ago and I cracked the phone's screen protector one week later. That's the first time that's happened. Fortunately Best Buy now replaces the damaged screen protector. Even better yet, they didn't charge me the installation fee the second time as I went back to the store that I purchased the product. It's the best service I've bought in that I didn't have to keep any paperwork!
