This was a free service because I am a Geek Squad member and have been for a few years. The Geek Squad is a service beyond your P/C. It covers a lot of products(best to check with the Geek Desk). They did a great job on my glass and screen protector that needed to be replaced.

Also pleased that Best Buy now offers free lifetime replacement of Zagg screen protectors - no more registering with Zagg and waiting for a replacement, I can simply stop into any Best Buy and have a new protector installed for free. A great benefit considering how many Best Buy locations there are across the country!

That's the first time that's happened. Fortunately Best Buy now replaces the damaged screen protector. Even better yet, they didn't charge me the installation fee the second time as I went back to the store that I purchased the product. It's the best service I've bought in that I didn't have to keep any paperwork!

They were very professional and took extra time to explain all options. Our only compliant was Besr Buy auto scheduling system. It was incorrect on timing of the geek squad arrivals.
