The Geek Squad installed all my screen protectors on my phones quickly and efficiently. And the price included any further warranty on the screen protectors, must bring the old screen protector back in to the store.

Dont know what this review about the image of a guy

I am thrilled that I installed this shield on my new cell phone. I was a bit worried about maybe bubbles or something as I have installed my own in the past. Not in this case.. the installer did an awesome job and I can hardly tell it is there and no bubbles, lint or anything showing under the shield. Great protection also!

Took a long time. Was ignored at the desk. Manager did come by eventually to assist. Not happy with charge for installation.

Geek Squad was helpful when my I Phone screen protector cracked. I thought it was my phone itself that cracked. He knew imediatly it was the protector that cracked. I was so relieved. He knew exactly which protector I needed and quickly replaced it. Then he asked if I was a Best Buy Protection Member. And it saved me even more. Thank You!!

I had a hard time finding someone to help me, but once I did, they performed the install with no problem and even told me there was no charge because I was a Tech member.

The intall was good he put thee screen protector on straight and didn't take long to do it and the geek squad honors the products warranty so thats good also

These guys are great ! They replaced the shield and screen protector on my old iphone while I waited. Very professional customer service, and a flawless install !!

What would I do without Geek Squad? They took the data from two old computers and two laptops and put it on one passport drive that I can access on my new laptop, gave me the drives and recycled the old machines. They were there by phone to unfreeze my new laptop after an installation problem and stayed with me until they were sure my problems were solved.

The tech at the installation counter was rude and I waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. The cashier came over, had the front watch the register, and she fixed my phone.

In store service was very helpful i didnt even have time to have the expert take the time to install it for me i was overall satisfied

The cell phone clerks were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They showed us various models of the phones allowing us to choose the one that best fitted our needs. They transfer our info from the old phone to the new one.

The geek squad are absolutely awesome at what they do. They help me get my new phone screen protector on everytime I need it and always answer all my questions.

Took awhile before I finally got seen to have my cell phone screen protector applied by Geek Squad. Was a tad bit annoying since I had already waited in line to buy the items, so having to wait in a line twice wasn't ideal. But once finally seen they applied the screen protector nicely and it was nice to not worry about messing up the application process and having to buy another.
